I coordinated with Micah from Property Pics when looking to find a new photographer for my listing…read morephotos. I asked for quotes for two homes and ended up choosing to work with him on one. He asked to meet at 8am after my original request of a midday appointment. Upon arriving he commenced photos without a tripod, and was done with a rather large home in less than 30 minutes. Unfortunately upon receiving the photos, they were not representative of the very lovely home, with many images visibly grainy, off colored, poorly framed and in nearly every photo with a reflective surface, Micah was visible. While he did provide more photos than promised, they were not even remotely close to the standard I expect from listing photos. When I reached out to Micah to respectfully let him know, he implied the photos quality was because of the time of day (which he chose) and because I got the 'basic' package (I wasn't aware of any packages, and I find it shocking that even a basic package wouldn't include HDR or even the basics of editing). After reviewing images more closely, I felt that quite frustrated by the situation and the quality of the images, and requested a refund from Micah. He refused and offered only to "retouch" 10 of the images, which is just a pitiful response in regards to unusable photos. It's a shame that it had to go this way, but I will be looking elsewhere for photos where I know I can get a professional photographer who will provide skillfully taken and processed images as requested.

There's no doubt I will be using him for any of the future listings I receive - his photography is going to always going to be instrumental in helping me to sell those homes!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience living at this apartment complex, primarily due to…read moreongoing issues with communication, follow-through, and management accountability. When we moved in, we were promised a knife set as a move-in gift. We never received it. I contacted the office and was told they had run out but that one would be provided later. That never happened. We also pay an additional $175 per month for a private parking garage. A few months after moving in, management placed a large printed notice on our garage instructing us to "please remove items out of the garage as soon as possible," despite the fact that the garage is paid for and only contains our vehicles and motorcycles. This felt inappropriate and poorly handled. Noise has been another major issue. Our upstairs neighbors stomp loudly from approximately 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM. I contacted the apartment office four separate times and provided video evidence. No action was taken, and nothing was resolved. We ultimately had to involve the police due to the lack of response from management. Trash service has also been inconsistent. While we pay for valet trash and were supposed to receive a trash can, one was never provided. Pickup is unreliable and does not always occur on the scheduled days. Additionally, the gym hours are misleading. While advertised as open, the gym is closed on all holidays. This makes little sense for residents who expect to use amenities on their days off. Overall, the most frustrating aspect of living here is the lack of communication and follow-through. Management frequently states that issues will be addressed, but they are not. For the amount paid in rent and additional fees, the level of service and responsiveness is unacceptable. I would not recommend this complex to anyone who values clear communication, accountability, or timely resolution of issues. IN RESPONSE TO THE BRYTEN MANAGEMENT COMPANY THAT REPLIED DOWN BELOW ON MY REVIEW. Thank you for your response. To clarify, all of the issues outlined in my review were reported directly to the office multiple times over the course of our tenancy. In several cases, documentation and video evidence were also provided. Unfortunately, despite repeated attempts to resolve these matters through proper channels, no meaningful action or follow-up occurred. The purpose of this review is to document that lack of response and follow-through. Had these concerns been addressed when initially reported, a public review would not have been necessary. I hope this provides clarity for prospective residents regarding why this feedback was shared publicly.

Living here has been the WORST EXPERIENCE I've had with any apartment complex. Since moving in…read moreSeptember, I've dealt with constant issues that management either ignores or mishandles. Im not the only resident to prove this. In my first unit, my neighbor made excessive noise daily, often at unreasonable hours. She was also under the influence and even fell into my patio from hers while trying to look inside my apartment. The apartment complex did nothing and instead suggested I move units at my own cost. Around the same time, multiple vehicles were broken into, and residents received no communication or updates from management. When I relocated to another unit within the complex, the situation only worsened. We discovered a BOBCAT DEAD in our attic. It took management over a week to determine the cause of the horrible smell. Their "solution" was simply removing the animal, patching the attic again, and leaving us a small basket with a "sorry" note. We were still living in the apartment while this was probably a health hazard for us and our dog. Since then, the community has declined further. Police cars are present on a near-daily basis, altercations take place in the parking lot and pool area (such as on the 4th of July), and people are arrested weekly. The property is constantly dirty, with dog waste, trash, empty beer bottles, and cigarette butts scattered around. Most recently, we had a BUG INFESTATION in our apartment. Management told us to wait four days for pest control, since they only come on Mondays. We had dozens of smal bgs appearing out f nowhere, we killed them and again they appeared. Who want to live with flying bug in their apartment? No one. But they want us to wait for Monday because they have a contract with pest control from Phoenix that jus comes Monday. Just be a good management and help your residents and call a pest control in Tucson. It wasn't until we said we would contact corporate that they finally acted, slow but they needed a push to solve a simple problem. The NEW MANAGEMENT SUqz under MANAGER VICTORIA. They are more worried about filling apartments new residents than taking care of the residents that are living here. While the leasing agents genuinely try, their efforts are constantly undermined by her poor leadership. Everyone I've spoken to agrees the previous management, including DESTINY and JOSH, handled the community far better and actually cared more about their residents than the percentage of leased units. We even CALLED CORPORATE TWICE but still haven't received a single call or any response back. I hope the OWNER of this property knows just how poorly his apartments are being managed.
