Fireplace (mine had a mantle) and vaulted ceilings made the living room look HUGE. Washer/dryer had its own utility room. And I loved that there were doors from the dining room and living room out to the large balcony. The master bedroom was plenty roomy and I loved the walk-in closet. The second time I moved there, I rented a townhome and I wish I could have stayed there forever. I loved it! It was like living in my own home. Carport. Large dining/living room with a fireplace. Upstairs has two bedrooms (both very roomy), but the master bedroom has a fireplace too! And a balcony! The townhome is the most indoor & outdoor living space you can get in Tucson that I know of anyway (1400sf, I think). The only reason I left was because it became unaffordable to me. Rents kept getting raised and was over $1200 a month. Too rich for my single parent blood who lost her job. But, I would move back in a heartbeat if I could afford it on my own. Seriously, at least go and take a look at the amenities (pool with cabanas, large covered barbecues, horseshoe pit, pool table, MOVIE theater, computer room/library, nice workout room, large clubhouse area, community garden, monthly activities and special events, night security) The staff is very helpful and friendly and the maintenance is responsive! I only had one major issue in the upstairs apartment (air conditioner went out) but that happens when apartments age, I guess. They provided a room air conditioner until they could replace the A/C. Now, I live at another NALS property that is not as large as ST and has very few amenities, but it's more affordable and still has very friendly staff and a competent and responsive maintenance team. The only good thing is the location but I can get into a home with more bedrooms, a backyard and garage for roughly the same price or a little more than what I'm paying for my 1 bedroom at this place. They are also constantly spraying RoundUp around here to control weeds when that is a known carcinogen. They don't care who it harms but ppl have moved out for that very reason before so it's not rocket science. Wish I had never renewed after my first year here as it has progressively gotten worse. It looks like a beautiful community from the looks of the grounds but it comes at a price to your health, your sanity, your wallet and your pups safety. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Look elsewhere.

Instead, they tried to push a less valuable "$1,000 off" deal. When I pressed the issue, staff admitted management had officially refused to honor the advertised offer -- even though the ad remains live and unchanged. This is a textbook bait-and-switch. Prospective tenants are lured in with false promises only to be told "those units are gone" or "that deal isn't available anymore." No disclosure, no honesty, just deception. To make matters worse, Oro Vista already has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau, and based on my experience, it's well-deserved. If they are this dishonest before you sign a lease, imagine how they'll treat you afterward. Rent elsewhere.

Since then this company has ripped through this Complex replacing roofs, remodeling Apartment Homes, most of the apartments with new air conditioners, water heaters, flooring, cabinets and appliances. In addition to those renovations, a bunch of work on the under ground water, landscaping and pavement resealing was done. Let's not forget amenities improvements like tennis courts turned into more popular pickle ball courts, upgrades to the gym becoming state of the art with all new machines and equipment, two new dog parks were installed, even improvements to the laundry facility were accomplished improving everyones standard of living. The is considered one of the largest Apartment Complex's in Tucson but still maintains that personal touch many large facilities loose when they go corporate. Not Bridge Property Management. They have a nack for giving the people whats trendy and offer lots of get togethers throughout the year where you can socialize bringing residents together and more small town like. I can't say enough how professional the staff is, both Rental unit Sales Staff and Expert Maintenance staff and how efficient they are in responding to issues when they pop up. For example: in my area of the complex we had only one handicap space where three handicap cap folks were sharing. When walking is an issue to your apartment, these spots become very important to the physically challenged. Since I am handicapped, I made a request with Bridge Property Management to add another Handicap parking spot to my entrance area, and within a month they accommodated me and the other two physically challenge folks in this area so we don't need to feel so competitive to park there. In addition to that when electric cars were gaining popularity this company immediately added numerous charging stations throughout the Apartment Complex for easy charging for their residents with electric car charging needs. I think this is why people choose this place so often, it's cutting edge and features an awesome lifestyle with tons of amenities and a great staff for helping you when in need.
