I hate setting through a class where all they do is read from a book to me because they have a lisc. The instructor has done CPR on real people in the field. Makes a huge difference. I can not recommend them highly enough. If there were 6 stars I would give it to them! I learned all the latest information and techniques. They make sure you are ready before you leave the class. The class size was small which I liked very much their was only 5 of us! I believe that I got the proper one on one training that I needed from this class... The learning curriculum was watching 4-5 min videos from AHA and then doing the hands on training by yourself and also in a group or a pair. Their was room for lots of practice! The instructor walked around and made sure everyone was doing everything correctly. At the end we did group scenarios and took the BLS test which was 25 questions. Reasonably priced, and she covers everything you will need to know. The practice dummies she has are really helpful too. They have this light that lets you know whether you are doing compressions correctly. So that helps increase your confidence in being able to do CPR. She will even go over how the AED works and let you try it out on the dummies if you never used one before. She has adult and infant practice dummies so you get hands on experience with the CPR for all ages.

I signed up online for a class and AERT unilaterally cancelled it and then told me that I would have to take a class at a different location (in a bad part of town) on a date that would be too late for me to obtain a certificate I needed at that time. The owner then said in a loud, angry voice: "We cannot provide you with any classes!!" and hung up the phone. Despite all this, she charged my wife and I $100 for the class. We complained to citicard and Ms. Jaime sent a letter lying about what happened and claimed that we simply failed to show up for the class. I don't know how anyone has given this crooked company a positive review.

If you struggle with cardio, like I do, Don is patient with explaining and will make sure you understand. I will totally renew with Life Support Certified in 2 years! The office is clean, inviting, and complementary drinks in the fridge top it off! Mannequins are clean, and up to date technologically. There is also ECG SIM equipment that's integrated in the ACLS portion. Looking forward to completing my PALS with Life Support Certified!
