I was seriously considering engaging with this business for peptide treatment, but I was surprised how incompetent and shady their doctors are. Peptides is an unregulated business with a massive amount of disinformation and misrepresentation out there, so it's not uncommon to request supporting documentation about the peptides the business sells. Such documentation involves questions about the source of peptides and the testing process of a particular batch that they are selling to me. Here this is the text thread with the doctor from this clinic. You judge for yourself the level of transparency they have: Me: Hello doctor, I was wondering if you can provide certificates of testing for a particular batch of Wolverine pack that you are planning to sell to me. Specifically, I'm looking for certificates for these tests. doctor: we only order from 503B Pharmacies. Please research what 503B vs 503A is. Only 503A provides COA's. 503B pharmacy medications are tested by FDA. 503B has much higher leve of testing standards. Me: Ok, that's good to know. Would you be able to tell me which 503B pharmacy you are sourcing the product from? doctor: I'm sorry, we won't be able to disclose to you which 503 B Pharmacies we have contracts with. Me: Thank you for letting me know. The lack of transparency is not necessary a dealbreaker, but still a red flag for me. Given the amount of misinformation and misrepresentation on vendors and practitioners out there, I hope you understand my level of scrutiny. If your source pharmacy is 503A, I would need testing doc on my batch. If you are sourcing from 503B, Can you at least confirm that: - your source is FDA-registered 503B and is on the FDA list https://www.fda.gov/drugs/human-drug-compounding/registered-outsourcing-facilities - whether final vials undergo sterility and endotoxin testing - whether batch-specific potency testing is available - whether peptides are manufactured in the U.S." doctor: we can 100% guarantee all of our 503B Pharmacies that we contract with are on the FDA list that you sent a link for. My experience was not good and I canceled services. I wish I would have taken a closer look at the history of the doctor. It is a must. Go to the Arizona Board of Medical Examiners first and research as much as you can on the doctor. I also filed a complaint with the AZ. Board of Medical examiners regarding this company. One more item to consider: Before you sign the contract, make sure you know what you'll end up paying in case you decide to cancel services after your first, second, third, etc. visit. You might or might not be interested in signing the contract after learning what this figure is. Make sure this amount is explicitly stated in the contract. read more

This service is so helpful and was a great option for Me looking for new family GP. Dr Goel was very nice during our first call And it was very shocking to me when he said it was actually him who answered when I called to get info about the service. When he came over, He spent time talking over the issues I have been having and it was great to not feel rushed like a "normal" dr visit . Good doctor in an emergency when you have no other way to leave your home due to extreme pain. However, when you are no longer in need of services, or getting close, Dr Goel will require 30 days notice, in writing, mailed to his office, before you can cancel, even if he sees that you are no longer in need of services, so get your letter ready in advance if you can. Additionally he offered me a flu shot while in our home for a visit with my husband (required it of my husband as a patient) - I said sure, not thinking much of it - $100 for each of our flu shots! We have insurance so I could have gotten this for free at Walgreens, and I never would have paid this amount knowingly, but he never stated extra costs when offering it so casually during his visit with my husband. Of course I recognize my part- I could have asked the price myself but we were already paying monthly fees to the mobile clinic and truly didn't think he'd so casually ask us to spend $200 at our dining room table without acknowledging the fee. Then when my husband verbally expressed no longer needing services during a different visit, the 30 days written cancellation just seemed like a way to get another months payment from us when we didn't need additional appts, original paperwork for us (and I'm sure many others) is signed during very high crisis/pain/stress so missing the 30 days notice is very possible so wanted to share that requirement. Again he was helpful when we needed the house calls and couldn't leave home due to pain levels, but be aware of costs and ask in advance about any fees. read more

I rarely if ever write a review but this business was so horrible in their service, communication and billing that I would want people to be aware my experience was a zero star experience and I am not the only patient with a zero rating experience for them. After talking Extensively with Dr.Goel, I decided to give him a chance as he reassured me that he would be able to help me as I was new from out of state and was having trouble with my medication's as I have chronic pain. Because I live in the Maricopa area and it was Not in his "area "which I didn't understand that because The doctor is a mobile service, the only way he would see me was if I signed my husband up for the once a month video appointments to make it worth his while. (I never understood that anyway because we ended up doing video after the first time) Nevertheless, my husband did not get a chance to use him as he was not sick, nor did he need medical assistance. I spoke with him numerous times before I signed up as he again reassured me that he would be able to help it would be no problem. It was just a big waste of money a waste of my time...Unless you have money to throw away( I paid about 500 monthly) or don't mind paying excessive amounts for concierge service then I guess this would be a place for you. If you have chronic pain and you are from out of state your best bet is to continue with your doctor and it's probably a lot cheaper for you to fly/drive home And continue your medical care, then it is to spend your time and money on a wild goose chase.. read more

Dr. Goel and Desert Medical saved our Christmas Eve vacation. Another clinic ran out of PCR testing kits required for entering Ecuador and Galapagos Islands. In a panic I contacted Dr. Goel, he assured me he could get it done...and he did. A technician came to our home and performed PCR swab test.
