Hospital said it was very dangerous and was shocked the urgent care did not treat me. They do not care about your well being or any of the symptoms you describe to them. We did not see the Dr. or his PA in the hospital at all until he had been there a week. It is usually a 1 or 2 day stay. When does the patient or family not see the Dr. at all after surgery, never in the many surgeries that my husband has had. Also didn't like the 30 or more staples that he put in each knee, our PT guy had a knee done and the DR used glue, his looked so nice compared to hubby's knee that looked like he had a railroad track going up and down each leg.

Had an after lunch appointment and got seen immediately. They took xrays of my knees and Dr. DeSantis could see the damage easily. I agreed to a cortisone shot in one knee that took most of the pain away. Amazingly, I was in and out of DOC in just 50 minutes. Was truly the best and most efficient medical visit I've ever had. Thank you Dr. DeSantis.
