Vivi was so patient and sat with him while he literally tried to bite her and eventually got his harness on him and he ended up loving her! Which is no easy task. Vivi was so flexible when we had schedule changes or needed last minute dog sitting. She was always there to help us out. And she sends tons of pictures and videos so we knew what our babies were up to during the day. I moved out of state and have not found anyone who is even close to being as caring and reliable as Vivi. We miss her!

The animals are well cared for & love all of the staff. It was such a wonderful experience after trying to rescue dogs from other places. Desiree was so helpful in directing me to the right dog for me. I came in to see one, but her understanding & experience helped me to see we weren't the right fit. I ended up adopting a Chipin & love her very much. Never would I have looked at that breed for myself but, she is perfect for our family. Thank you for all of your hard work & love you give these animals. The adoption fees are reasonable. Especially because your dog will be spayed/neutered, chipped, and vaccinated. He calls if he has any issues and he's always available if you call him to see how your dogs are. His prices are very reasonable, and I actually feel that he could charge more even though I'm glad he doesn't. I feel really good about him keeping an eye on our home. I understand that money is money, and time is very precious to money hungry people, I did tell them that I will pay the same amount, but if my fur-baby does not cooperate, to please stop and I will pay them the same amount either way. This was our 2nd time in this location. The owner was kind before, when the business was new. During that first time we went there, it took her 4 hours long, (because again my baby is not easy) and the owner at that time, as tired as she was (then) she kindly offered for us to come back another day. HOWEVER, This last time, at a time when her business is doing well, my dog came out with blood shot eyes, after a rushed (less than 2 hours) service for a difficult dog, she says that it was because my dog was matted, and true as she was, over time, I have experienced competent, caring groomers who are still very capable of treating her well in whichever situation. & in the first place, AGAIN, I told them that if my dog will not cooperate, and will be difficult, as how I know my princess to be... to please STOP and NOT continue and they will get paid whatever money is owed. The owner rudely said to me (that last time) "Then take your dog to San Diego" and "We cannot spend more than 2 hours in 1 dog" This place has become - Money over compassion kind of business. Shame how the owner changed, and who she turned out to be. I am leaving this here as a Fair warning to people with squirmy dogs, who are not easy to be groomed. Take your pups to a place where groomers have compassion, rather than greed.
