It was my first time using a private transportation service and it won't be my last. I missed the 48 hour window for booking online but received quick communication via text message. Booking the service was a breeze and I received a text from Carol, my driver who is also the owner, before my 3:45 am pick up. Getting picked up at the airport was also a piece of cake. Kyle, who is also a manager, texted me as my plane landed. After coordinating which door I would stand in front of, I just needed to wait outside for him to arrive. Both cars were spotless and I appreciate that they still follow COVID safety guidelines. Carol mentioned each vehicle is cleaned and sanitized before the next use and all their drivers are vaccinated. As I take care of someone with chronic illness, this is an important factor in supporting local businesses. ETS has spoiled me and I will never use Lyft or Uber again. The company reached out to me the day before to confirm flight data and gave exact instructions on where to meet them when I landed at the airport. My flight was scheduled to arrive at 7:50 and my shuttle pickup time was scheduled for 9 pm allowing time to claim luggage, etc however my driver, Steven called when he was on his way and was able to pick me up earlier than scheduled which was perfect as I didn't have to wait around until 9. Shuttle was clean and we had a smooth ride to Surprise. Steven offered help if needed to board and bottled water. This service was recommended to me by a neighbor and I will definitely recommend to others. Price of the service was reasonable as well.
