First worker I saw was extremely nice, kind, sociable and friendly, but then someone else came out rolling her eyes, closing down shop at 4:45 (close at 5) shuffling me out of the shop as quickly as possible telling the woman I was talking to to hurry up as she was talking to me while still performing her job. Very rude and disrespectful to me and the worker. I was told about this place from a fellow bowler and was i glad I went. Shelia who is owner waited on me and made me feel like I was part owner of the place as well. Customer satisfaction is out of this world. She took the time to show me her operation and how they are expanding. Once again it just shows small business are better to do business with. This will be quick and simple. These people are very nice. The store is clean/tidy. They have what I needed for my child's school uniform, but also were flexible and created some things for my wife. Prices are higher than I expected, but there aren't many other options around. I like doing business here, I feel valued and the product is good quality. Worst customer service I have EVER encountered!!! EVER!! The owner Sheila has absolutely no skills in running a business. Both times I was in the shop she was very overwhelmed and could not handle the work load of a very big account! Very sad!! Update: Yelp asked for more detail about the incident. The horrible customer service started when I called that morning checking on my order. Sheila was very annoyed that I would dare call and check on an order with out being called first. When the items were finally located I was told they would have them ready by three. I went in at 3pm only for them to take 15 mins to find them again. THEN that's when they gave me a shirt that their employee said was black but then they retracted and said it was navy. I ordered navy. I'm positive it was black. The exact words that were repeated was "this is dark navy..I think". They couldn't provide me a color code so we could verify it was navy. The owner finally came at me with "You've been a problem since your phone call this morning!" I had no idea that calling to check on an order was such a problem for this establishment. I wouldn't recommend any business to use this place for their embroidery needs. The account that I had to use them for was obviously too big of an account for them to handle. Sheila was very overwhelmed. Just want to add this wasn't just me, many other parents I spoke to were also unhappy with this place. read more

I had 9 sweaters embroidered here. They were super friendly. I didn't feel rushed at all. She brought out several different colors and shades of string for me to choose from. I knew the exact amount that it was going to cost before I left. And it only took 1 week! The embroidery looks awesome! This is a great business to get professional embroidery on almost anything. Excellent craftsmanship, awesome customer service.
