Even though i am a small fish in a big pond (as far as their business is concerned), and even kind of a nuisance to most places like this==I was always--and I mean always treated with courteous professionalism and kindness. My requests--even when I didn't know what I wanted or was talking about were not laughed at, but simply clarified, and done. Yeah you can go to fedex office or one of the large office supply chains and pay 2- 3x as much and get someone who is more clueless than you are- OR you can go here- where they are real professionals who enjoy what they do and are happy to help. Its not as convenient, they close at 5, its a hassle to get there sometimes, but I have never felt like it was not worth it. THE BEST! These people are always receptive and responsive, we can call or write them an email to check on something. Pleasant and warm to work with. Our TI sub plans for a smaller job run around $11. Our bigger jobs run $20-30 depending on how many pages. We had a rush job but could not fight traffic so late in day - they've left our plans outside for us or helped us get our plans otherwise. Great service.
