I needed this done ASAP to be able to give to my daughter in Ca as a graduation gift. Hope and Dave were so awesome, accommodating and fast! My daughters gift arrived in time and my new grad loved it! Jenna Snow

For my new company's first ever event, I went to Dave and Hope at Logo Pros for a table cover and pop-up banner. They did a magnificent job on both as you can see in the photos. While the prices were comparable to other online vendors, their customer service made them the clear choice, so I will keep going back! John Bentham, TuxBoy Marketing & IT Services

Ordered an apron for my husband and my daughter on a Tuesday night. They were both done on a Thursday afternoon. And the price was GREAT! I highly recommend.

Boy! I hate to leave a bad review but I consider this a public service announcement. Ken tanked an…read moreimportant print job, stuck me with an inferior product that hurt my standing with the client and left me high and dry. 1. I reached out more than a month before the job because I knew I'd need some rush printing day-of. In exchange for helping me out with that rush job, I'd send this printer ALL my business for my scottsdale client. 2. I sent Ken all my Scottsdale business - several thousand dollars worth. I printed gigantic standalone banners and die-cut, adhesive back vinyl stuff, A TON of printed material. And did Ken ever charge a premium for that stuff, a big markup for "rush" orders (where he didn't even download the file for printing until days later.) His prices weren't especially competitive, but I thought I was buying peace-of-mind. 3. The day comes when I need the rush order - effectively same-day printing. Not a gigantic order - two hundred 11x17 prints, but I needed them on time - and Ken got real unprofessional. Here's what happened... - Though I frequently reminded him that we'd be doing an important same-day job, he neglected to schedule it. It was a big surprise! - He said he couldn't do the print job that day because I didn't have the originals to him by 9am. - He would not verbally commit to doing the work at any time during that long stressful day. - He said he couldn't make my deadline because his wife "had dinner reservations. " - He refused to located the paper-stock I requested and instead tried to foist me onto a paper that wouldn't have taken a fold. He told me the stock I wanted "was not available in Scottsdale." I had to go to a Staples, buy the stock myself and deliver it to him by hand. - Instead of meeting him at his nearby place of business, he asked me to drive an hour to meet him outside a Bank Of America, because "he had to go to the bank." - He charged a 100% markup for his rush fee. That's 2x the cost. (And remember - I bought the paper and gave it to him.) - Instead of professionally printing the 11x17's at the correct size (borderless), he just hit print on some kind of color copier and printed them out - with a thick white border. They looked terrible. So - if you need a professional job done at a competitive rate - this is probably not the print shop for you. REPLY TO KEN'S RESPONSE Woof. Ken, I'm not here to fight. And you don't probably don't really want a big long tirade where you call your customers liars. I have uploaded a couple of pics that show the botched job and the text conversation that followed. Here's what I DO want... 1. I want a stress-free interaction with a print shop. 2. I want a company called "Next Day" to offer rapid turn-around printing. 3. If I give you a month's notice on a same-day print job, I want you to honor our agreement. OR, if you can't do a same day job, I want you to tell me so I can go to another print shop in the area. 4. If I spend several thousand dollars with you, I want you to treat me like a valued customer. 5. If you screw up a print job and the client's not happy, I want you to fix it. So, is that you, Ken? You may have to stay an hour late -- maybe even two hours -- but I gave you a month's notice. And spent a ton of money with you. And you screwed the job and called me a liar.

First off there place is very disorganized and the desks and floors haven't been cleaned ever it seems like. We sat at there desk two different times over 45 minutes and watched them attempt to take our logo and put it into there system so they could quote us on all the work we wanted done. We got tired of waiting and told them to contract us with pricing.... Well as you can imagine they didn't do that and 2 months went by and I called them 10 different times in that 2 months and left voicemails and nothing. So we went in one more time and they didn't even remember us or apologize and we sat down again and guess what they still couldn't figure it out so again we said call us soon when you have it done and have a quote for us. Guess who didn't call... so we said forget it and we went to another place and they did everything we wanted in a matter of a couple hours and they had a quote for us and we paid them and we got all our work done we wanted. So long story short I wouldn't waist you time on this company. They sadly are way to disorganized and don't make there customers and priority or feel important at all.

I'm afraid I can't give Signarama in Peoria any solid review at all. Sorry everyone…read more One of my biggest pet peeves is when a place of business offers NUMEROUS ways for the consumer to contact them.... and they don't. Short of picking up the telephone, it's extremely frustrating to say the least. I work from 7 a.m. - 5 p.m. and do not have the luxury of picking up my telephone during the day to chat about personal matters. Signarama Peoria has a website with a CONTACT US form, they also have a Facebook page with the Messenger app installed and they also have (2) different e-mail addresses. I contacted them on Dec. 11, Dec. 13, Dec. 17, Dec. 18 and again on Dec. 21. No one has called me. No one has contacted me via Facebook. No one has responded to any of my e-mails. I can't comment on their rip-off prices because I can't even get anyone to contact me or reply to my inquiry. So sad. If you're going to offer the consumer all of these various methods to contact you as a business, I would suggest you employ people to monitor those methods. If I could pick up the telephone during normal business hours, I would. Don't offer me the capability to contact you via Facebook, your website and via e-mail and then force me to pick up the telephone. Evidently, Signarama Peoria has so much business - they don't need mine. I guess all of their current customers don't work regular hours during the week. Merry Christmas! :)
