She proceeded to tell him that his money was more important to the business than my money was. So after hearing that the worker realized she messed up his transaction but couldn't figure out what. So I asked if I could please just check in. She rudely said no she wouldn't let me. So I said well you can cancel my account then. I won't be giving money to a company who says my money isn't as important to them as the next person. She refused to cancel my account.

I went into Moonlight and asked to cancel my membership. They assured me that they would take care of it. Several months later, I noticed that they were still continuing to charge my account. I went back in there and they said they would cancel it and reimburse me. That didn't happen. I had to cancel my debit card and escalate it with my bank. This business has the worst customer service! I would not ever go to this place again to tan!

They raise prices, never have promotions. Their staff is unfriendly and vague when it comes to promoting their products. Yet we, the consumers in Longview tolerated it for years because they had the best beds. But now we can get the same tan at a better place with better service and better customer service. Dessert Sun for one and other tanning businesses are more helpful, promoting sales and other treatments. Get your hard-earned money's worth, don't stay stuck at Moonlight Bay. It's 2025! Don't tan like it's 1999!

Manicures: Nails are uneven, some were filed round, some square, one is pointy. I asked for clear polish - nothing was applied. On another visit, a hangnail was yanked off and that finger felt irritated for the rest of the day. Pedicures: Have not been as relaxing or enjoyable as the ones from my previous salon. Today, something on my big toe was either cut or pulled (which actually startled me). It bled for quite a while and they did not have band-Aids at the salon. The color was applied hastily and looks awful. The first time that I came to this salon, my leg massage was so hard that I had to ask them to be more gentle. I have engagement photos coming up this weekend, so I booked a tan for Thursday night. Chloe was so fun to chat with and she did an incredible job. She really knew her stuff! I love the way my tans turn out at Organic Bronze Bar -- I'm never orange and it never looks extremely noticeable, which is usually what it looks like when I self tan at home or when I used to walk into the spray tan booths. I love that my tan looks natural and just elevates me! I highly recommend Organic Bronze Bar and Chloe. Looking forward to frequenting OBB more as I attend more wedding related events.
