They arrived on time. Perfect since as we all know planning an event you need everything to come together at the same (last minute) time. They offered to setup the tables which we promptly said, "YES". They wiped everything down and double checked that the heaters were in working order. They provided us a quick tutorial on how to work their heaters. We asked them for suggestions on where they would place them for our event --- we used their suggestions and they were spot-on. The Event Brothers were extremely personable and super-duper kind to our dear old Uncle who wanted them to help him start his broken heater. They took time to attempt to get it to work and eventually had to sadly inform him that it would be best if he just bought a new one. The whole family/friends said the same advice to Uncle the day prior, but when one of the Event Brothers told him... he finally heard. They arrived back the next day at the promised time. I had no experience renting furniture for a large event and quickly realized there are many choices. Kat was incredibly helpful in giving information and guidance. Example - I wasn't sure which bar to rent as the catalog has many. Kat let me know that the white bar was a good choice as it has a shelf on the inside which helps the bartender store bottles. Prices were very fair, responses to phone calls and emails was swift. Our wedding had a lot of serious dancers in attendance so we rented the largest size dance floor 25 X 25 which I'd recommend if you think 80% of he people will spend a lot of time dancing. Not all companies have a floor this large. Drop off and pick up went smoothly. I highly recommend.
