On top of that, toss this string into the time of Covid-19, and it's been a doozy of a time. I asked the lady if the shadows were okay, the lady said it should be fine. The next couple days, we had our passport appointment and our photos got rejected because of the shadows. I called, asked for a refund and the lady said the owners declined and asked to do a retake but we were already at the post office processing our documents. She even added, I only take care of the packages, not pictures.... Um ok? So why even take our picture then. Overall, the customer service I received was not satisfactory at the end and I don't recommend Postal King for passport photos. If I knew, I would've just did it at the postal office, it's cheaper!
