The service at this store is terrible. I dropped off two Amazon returns with two pieces of paper that had different QR codes. Got home and check my Amazon account only one item had been scanned and showed as returned. Call store to see if they could find the item and the paper I left with it and basically told "No - we get way too many Amazon returns can't help you". Caught them on a slow day. I was able to get some docs notarized. At this location, notary must be done before 4pm. There's a store email you can use to email some docs. Have it notarized and if there's no line, i was done in five minute. Mariana was super quick with the notary and easy peasy. Plenty of parking in the plaza. My wife made an appointment here for notary a few days ago for 5pm. We drove there, I waited inside the car and my wife went inside. The employee working there told her she doesn't see her appointment and the person who does notary has left and added that my wife could have just walked. This does not make any sense, that person is still not there if my wife would have walked in. What is the point of making an appointment when they can't honor it? No courtesy phone, not even an apology in person. Is this the kind of service you want to offer when there are literally so many UPS stores in the neighborhood? What a sheer waste of time. We drove back and got notary done from a different UPS store close by next day. We use UPS alot for notary, shipping our amazon packages and more, we are not going to use this location again. read more

I've been using UPS to ship my packages for years. And I've been to a lot of UPS stores in Vegas and other states. This store is hands down the most consistently excellent out of all of them. I walk in, get greeted right away, they scan my package and hand me my receipt, then I'm out the door. Most days, I'm in and out of there in under a minute. What more could you ask for? One time I got there during a lunch rush with the line going out the door. It was one of those lines where if you were at any other UPS store or any store for that matter, you'd be waiting 30 minutes. To my surprise, the awesome staff here went all hands on deck, opening three or four registers to get through the queue quickly. I had walked in to a jam-packed store and within 5 minutes or so, I was taken care of and the line had dwindled down to about two or three people behind me. I was super impressed. I don't leave a lot of reviews, but this store deserves it. 5 stars all day. read more

I stopped by today to get a notary service done. I made an appointment online just in case, but that process was super simple. The notary process took less than 10 mins in and out in no time. This location is usually pretty good when it comes to getting through the line. Thank you for helping me out. I appreciate the staff here always. It is always a pleasure. I made the appointment for 5:00 today to do notary I walked in 4:56 and waited in line, when it was my turn, the front desk told me that for some reason they don't see appointments and the person who does notary they are gone, and she said I could've just walked in. I told the front desk that technically I'm still walking in and that person isn't here anyway, so I wasted my time making the appointment, driving here, and that person still isn't here. What's the point of going online making an appointment when they can't provide that service. I won't be coming back to this ups. read more

This is my go to UPS, it's closest to my house and Smith. The workers are friendly and they are quick. They don't charge for extra tape like the other locations. I suggest coming before 4 before it gets busy the last hour. This is still the best ups store compared to others offered. read more

Today at 3:02 pm I showed up and they were letting a customer out and turned me away because they were closed-- but they let a guy with a prepaid prelabelled shipment drop his package off. These guys are the absolute WORST when it comes to returning Amazon packages, specifically when you need a label printed out. They charge $3 for printing one (yes one) page, yet their copies which are made using the same paper / ink are $.22. GTFOH!!!!! As a customer, I don't appreciate being price gouged. Not only did they pack and destroy 4 packages that i couldn't stress enough that were fragile and needed extra packing, they no longer accept post office packages i dropped of 5 pieces and got scolded for it? Don't you work in tandem with the USPS? Plus they have 5 kids on staff standing around doing nothing as they tell me they can't accept the packages do yourself a favor and bring your business to another location. I have been back here a few more times since that initial visit and I have to say that they are winning me over! I sold an item on Ebay and was ill prepared to have my item sent out. Michael greeted me as I walked in the door and assisted me right away! All I had to do was drop off the item, leave the specs, and make payment and thy took care of the rest! I never use ups this was my first time and it was not a good Experience at all. I created and paid shipping label on the ups website but the website had a glitch, the shipping label was never creared but i was charged. I went to this store for them to help me by printing the shipping label for me since on the website said to go to a ups store location. I was told to go to the ups customer center on 335 E arby ave for my shipping label. At the customer center afain i was told they couldn't print the shipping label and was told to void it online. On the website there's no option to void. I had to call my bank to dispute the pending charge. I will not use ups as a package carrier. read more

Someone at UPS is opening and stealing our packages!!! Got a message saying my package was "damaged in transit, box and contents inside were discarded." My bix was packed well, with tons of insulation. Tons of tape wrapped all over the box. So either someone stole everything inside intentionally, or they somehow destroyed it completely and just threw it away. They are offering no help besides the $100 insurance. Contents inside CANNOT be replaced!!! read more

I needed to send a letter and have it next day delivery. I went on September 28, 2020 to have it delivered next day September 29th. I paid $49 for next day delivery and it is now October 1, 2020 and my letter still has NOT been received. I could have paid 42 cents for the exact same delivery process instead of $50. I am beyond upset. I can not believe with everything going on with covid and people unable to even pay their bills and this is happening. This ups store should have made it 100% clear that my letter would NOT be received the NEXT day. Instead they made a choice to take my $50 knowing that this letter would not be there next day. I physically went into this store and complained and also called and was told the same thing. Due to covid 19 things have changed and also the fact my letter was being mailed to a PO box address it would be 2-3days. So why did they take my $50 knowing all of this? I am flabbergasted. They should NOT have allowed this transaction to even happen if they could not guarantee the letter to be delivered the NEXT day. Why would I pay $50 for a little letter to be sent to Reno NV? I live in Las Vegas NV and I am a frequent customer to this UPS store. I WILL not be going back to this UPS store and I definitely will be letting friends and family know how this store does know explain things properly about new procedures due to COVID and also how this store just takes $50 from people for a letter to be sent to one county over. Seriously $50???? I paid that amount to have it sent the next day! Not 3 days later. Do NOT go to the UPS store unless you're prepared to be charged for an overnight letter and your item will not be sent overnight nor will they explain anything regarding COVID. I hadn't paid enough attention to the fax transmission paperwork and someone had to show me where the response indicated it wasn't sent. Now it dawns on me why I was requested to re-send information I thought had been sent before. This has been very inconvenient. This means I paid for a service they never rendered.
