Went here for notary service... the team was super helpful and assisted us in a timely manner. Their prices were the most competitive, they also stayed open the latest. I suggest you call to make sure the notary is in the office prior to heading over. They even provided witness services for signed documents that required 2 witnesses. They also suggested I get certified copies of the notarized documents at the same time as signing. This was super helpful and the certified copies came in handy! They do not provide mobile notaries but do have a recommended partner that will assist. read more

I had to RMA a laptop back to the manufacturer to sort out a battery issue, I've never had to personally ship such an expensive high ticket item and was fairly stressed about the whole process. I called around multiple businesses, but I spoke to a gentleman at this store over the phone who helped walk me through the FedEx return process. Later in the day I did visit this location and was greeted by two very adorable puppers who would put a smile on anyone's face. More importantly however when I did meet an associate (or possibly the owner?), she quickly addressed my problem and again assured me of the process and what to expect going forward. I had only brought in the laptop & the shipping label and she wrapped and secured my item in a very professional manner boding great confidence in my decision to come to this business. I'm terrible with names, and wish I could personally address both of the employees there and thank them for their assistance. Hopefully the computer issue gets sorted out, I know that in the future if o ever need to ship any items of importance I will be returning here. Absolutely horrendous customer service from Daniel and Laura. I rented a uhaul truck from this location. They will try to scam you for every dollar and cent. Daniel should've been a meter maid with his attitude. What was actually booked on line and agreed to on a paper contract was not what I was charged- even tho I used less mileage than what was agreed upon, so they actually owe me money lol BUYER BEWARE read more

I needed to find a notary that was reasonable. My normal one is difficult to get to and charges 25$ per signature. I found Ship Las Vegas online. They notarize for $5 a sheet. I went there and Jacquelyn was the person serving customers. She is very cheerful, very sharp and precise. We were able to get the whole project done under what my prior notary would have charged me for one sheet. She could also ship out the documents there. I complimented her on her professionalism. Went here to pick up my package twice around 910 am. They where still closed. Business hours supposed to be 9 am ti 6 pm. Its very inconvenient for people who have to work morning and stop by to pick up there packages but still no employee or business not open. They should be closed for good.negative stars. read more
