Olive trees if not trimmed enough can break off large limbs during monsoon season, and I know this because of this tree in particular because I had it trimmed before Turning Leaf and it lost a limb! So naturally I was concerned going in to the season and Frank said not to worry, he told me that the trimmers will thin it out tastefully yet enough. Fernando was cutting a tree that had overgrown into two neighbor's yard. He came out twice once for a quote and then again to do the work. He communicated with me the whole time to make sure my needs were met. He was flexible with timing. He and his team showed up early and on time to get the job done. They were carful of their surroundings and broke down the tree safely and with care for my home and the neighbors around me. Fernando gave me suggestions on upkeep that will be helpful to keep in mind going forward. I really appreciate that they left my yard clear of the debris when they left. As stated in original review, the photos are a week old. In no way does that justify a potential 100% price jump. The tree was not "much different". Trees change, but not a ton in 7 days. There is no "inaccurate" information. Original review stated the pics were 1 week old. I did not "agree" the tree looked different. I agreed on rescheduling. And you absolutely 100% said "oh man I forgot the wood chipper" and then later followed with "didn't think I'd need it for this job". I tried to be understanding and work with y'all but, now it seems you are suggesting I have lied about this experience. Perhaps do not provide virtual quotes if they are going to be that inaccurate. And $250-$350 jumping to $575 can absolutely be "more than double" if it is the $250 price point.
