It's on a very busy commercial side road and you will definitely pass it if you're not looking. The building is very old and they don't even have a sign out front. All the employees were very pleasant to work with and talk to. I started corresponding to order our next batch of Tshirts through email with Kathryn. We were given a quote, so I proceeded with the order. When the shirts came in we were given the invoice and couldn't believe the amount was $1000 over the quoted price. They did not account for half the shirts during the quote process and they were very apologetic. To be fair, they tried their best to rectify the situation, and actually took it down a bit, but we still paid over $1000 and above what we were wanting to pay. I'm not happy this happened, but customer service was on and for that I can overlook this, as long as it doesn't happen again.

I called several other embroidery and screen printing locations and every single one said they could not provide the turnaround I was hoping for. GDC definitely saved the day when they were able to get me the t-shirts before our tournament. One of the things I liked most about GDC was their communication. We were able to work on everything through email and a handful of phone calls. The shirts came out great and everyone on the team loved the design and the quality of the shirts. The only negative that I can give is that they do not have a defined area for customers in their office, so you are literally in their office when you walk in. But other than that, I plan to use them again and would highly recommend GDC for your screen printing and embroidery needs. Ran by bigots who ghost you in the hiring process if you disclose you are queer in anyway. It took 15min after I sent that email to get a response, which I sent after business hours, so they obviously had been getting my emails asking when I was going to get the test. Brad lied in his email saying tests were going out next week and said quote "we truly do not care about your lifestyle choices" of course it's not a choice, but bigots can't help but use bigoted language. My hope is that other queer people see this review so they know not to give their money to to Bill and Brad, or any current or future queer orgs avoid doing business with them. We protect us.

I had a big event coming up and I had a short time frame to get everything completed. I was in need of banners and T-shirts and I went to Design 4 You. There were two gentlemen that was very polite and took much consideration of the rush order. I told them that I needed everything done within that day and they put in extra hours and extra man power to get my order done in that short time period. I went to several other companies and they told me that they couldn't accommodate my order because of the time frame and the budget I had to spend. My company got some polos made for Breast Cancer Awareness. The polos were delivered quickly but we noticed that some of the shirts were a little bigger than expected. Once we brought this to their attention, they took the shirts back and ordered new ones to exchange for the older ones. We got the shirts back very quickly and everyone was satisfied.
