I paid for my shirts a week in advance and was given a specific pickup time. When my son arrived as instructed, the store had already closed before its posted business hours, and the shirts had not even been started. Throughout the process, there was little to no communication. I reached out for an update before the pickup date and received no response. To make matters worse, the owner was rude to my son when he came to pick up the order, despite the fact that he was following the instructions that had been given. As a business owner myself, I understand that unexpected delays can happen. However, professionalism means communicating with your customers, honoring your commitments whenever possible, and treating people with respect. My time is valuable, and I should not have to chase down a business to complete work that was paid for in advance. Because of this experience, I will be filing a complaint regarding these business practices. This was an extremely unprofessional experience and a complete waste of my time. I cannot recommend this business to anyone looking for reliable service or professional customer care.

It's on a very busy commercial side road and you will definitely pass it if you're not looking. The building is very old and they don't even have a sign out front. All the employees were very pleasant to work with and talk to. I started corresponding to order our next batch of Tshirts through email with Kathryn. We were given a quote, so I proceeded with the order. When the shirts came in we were given the invoice and couldn't believe the amount was $1000 over the quoted price. They did not account for half the shirts during the quote process and they were very apologetic. To be fair, they tried their best to rectify the situation, and actually took it down a bit, but we still paid over $1000 and above what we were wanting to pay. I'm not happy this happened, but customer service was on and for that I can overlook this, as long as it doesn't happen again.

T-Mania is a custom T-shirt shop located right outside of Macy's in Lynnhaven Mall. After looking through the T-shirts that were displayed on the table, I didn't see the size that I needed so I asked if they had other sizes, and he quickly went to the back to grab it for me. He asked if he could see the graphic and gave me the email address to send it to. He then pulled it up on the computer, adjusted it to my liking and told us to return in about 20 minutes. As soon as we returned, he actually had two graphics printed out. He color corrected the graphic that I sent and asked which I preferred. I appreciated him doing that and I chose the graphic that looked the best. The T-shirt turned out great!!! The quality and appearance Colley Avenue Copies provided, both as to the paper itself and as to b&w and color reproduction, were outstanding. They also took care with the complicated collation and cheerfully fixed the odd pages I needed changed or replaced, all at a reasonable price, especially considering the striking step-up in quality over my home printer/copier. They did not press on me their own binding and connected me to an outside binder. They were attentive to numerous clients with short deadlines; I had no compelling deadline and my large order did take a while.
