I always pay attention to the staff's attitude especially towards the end of the day and the young lady at the front desk was so kind and compassionate even as more people came in at 6:29pm. I typically bring my packages in boxes not taped to allow for content verification. While visiting this location I was informed that I would be charged $1.50 for them to tape the box. The associate refused to accept my return unless I agreed to this additional fee. This is the first time I have encountered such a charge while making a return, and I found the interaction unprofessional. Due to this experience, I do not plan to use this location in the future.
