With that being said I was a little offended they were not allowed inside. They are well behaved. When we asked why, the employee said she was just following what her boss/owner said. As I walked around the store they do have ALOT of things to offer in the world of cross stitching. So if that's your passion this is a good place. The employee was helpful throughout. She was nice. But, signs throughout asking not to touch the displays, were kinda off putting too. In the end it's a good store for supplies, and patterns. Just do not come with kiddos.

I called several other embroidery and screen printing locations and every single one said they could not provide the turnaround I was hoping for. GDC definitely saved the day when they were able to get me the t-shirts before our tournament. One of the things I liked most about GDC was their communication. We were able to work on everything through email and a handful of phone calls. The shirts came out great and everyone on the team loved the design and the quality of the shirts. The only negative that I can give is that they do not have a defined area for customers in their office, so you are literally in their office when you walk in. But other than that, I plan to use them again and would highly recommend GDC for your screen printing and embroidery needs. They will definitely work with you and help you produce a quality and reasonably priced product.

When we came in, we were immediately greeted by the staff. They asked if we had any questions or if we were looking for something in particular. At that point, mom said that she was just looking, so nothing specific in mind. I was also looking around with what was available here. I didn't realize there were different forms of yarn. I thought yarn was yarn. I guess that makes it a yarning achievement for me. There are several yarns that are handcrafted and made locally. As such, prices are going to be higher as well. Some of them were pretty high, but it's understandable when they are locally made. However, there were more cost-effective ones available as well. In the end, mom didn't purchase anything in this visit. Overall, this was a nice visit. The staff were friendly, and we were able to just walk around and see if we found anything. There is a large selection of yarn, both locally and from other countries, so the wide selection is good. Beware!!!!I will never patronize this business again…read more Customers are required to pay in full before receiving their items, yet the business repeatedly fails to honor its own promised completion dates. I paid for my shirts a week in advance and was given a specific pickup time. When my son arrived as instructed, the store had already closed before its posted business hours, and the shirts had not even been started. Throughout the process, there was little to no communication. I reached out for an update before the pickup date and received no response. To make matters worse, the owner was rude to my son when he came to pick up the order, despite the fact that he was following the instructions that had been given. As a business owner myself, I understand that unexpected delays can happen. However, professionalism means communicating with your customers, honoring your commitments whenever possible, and treating people with respect. My time is valuable, and I should not have to chase down a business to complete work that was paid for in advance. Because of this experience, I will be filing a complaint regarding these business practices. This was an extremely unprofessional experience and a complete waste of my time. I cannot recommend this business to anyone looking for reliable service or professional customer care.
