I do not recommend…read moregetting your clothes altered from these cleaners unless you want them to redo it several times and superglue your clothes together. The owner zack stated that he would make it right by giving me a credit. The credit was not able to be used by my mom when picking something up although he told me she could use it on the phone when he gave me the credit. My mom's pieces were also not altered correctly, but she knew to not send them back to the same person twice after they had already butchered mine 4 to 5 times. Ultimately my skirt still has chunks of hard super glue and stitching that looks like my dog did it.

I have been looking for a while for a new person to alter my clothing. I brought a skirt that had been altered by my other seamstress and I wasn't happy with the result. Fofie took time to measure and mark the skirt how I wanted it. She even worked to get it done for me that day do I could take it on my trip. She is much more reasonably priced and transparent about everything. She made my experience very positive by letting me try my jewelry on with my wedding dress and taking photos. Liars and scammers. Dropped off 5 coats for cleaning 04/02. 4 returned. Brooks said there must…read morehave been a stain. They melted the buttons, and tried to pass off some crystal buttons that did not even match the coat. Buttons melt, no big deal, we can fix that. Then I asked the manager, Purav, why they lied and did not tell me; just trying to pass off the coat, like I would not notice the cheap, ugly buttons on my Kate Spade coat. He just shrugged his shoulders. I told them I was leaving soon for vacation, and sent them two websites that had buttons that I liked. The buttons were in stock and not very expensive. Then he called me the day I was going on vacation, and told me they could not get the buttons. I told him I would deal with it myself, but to just send me a $36.94 refund for the coat cleaning. Purav said he was sending the check "today". A month goes by, still no check. Then Purav says again, he will send the check "today". Another month goes by, and then Purav says a check cannot arrive at my home; there is a problem with my address. Amazon and a whole bunch of other business don't seem to have any problem getting mail and packages to me. Thus, another lie. Then Purav says to give him my personal number so he can Zelle the money. Not doing it. Burned me already 4 times. Enough is enough. It has been 5 months now, no check, no refund, just lies and scams.
