They melted the buttons, and tried to pass off some crystal buttons that did not even match the coat. Buttons melt, no big deal, we can fix that. Then I asked the manager, Purav, why they lied and did not tell me; just trying to pass off the coat, like I would not notice the cheap, ugly buttons on my Kate Spade coat. He just shrugged his shoulders. I told them I was leaving soon for vacation, and sent them two websites that had buttons that I liked. The buttons were in stock and not very expensive. Then he called me the day I was going on vacation, and told me they could not get the buttons. I told him I would deal with it myself, but to just send me a $36.94 refund for the coat cleaning. Purav said he was sending the check "today". A month goes by, still no check. Then Purav says again, he will send the check "today". Another month goes by, and then Purav says a check cannot arrive at my home; there is a problem with my address.
