Untalented tailor, price gouging for poor services! They do not stand behind the services ,even when done incorrectly see my photos . A waste of $38.00 for two crooked lines of machine stitches. The goal was to hug the ceiling by changing the rod .The fact that they don't quote up front for the service is a dishonest approach to a business transaction. The tailor is never available to quote, a call back that never comes. A text telling you the item is ready for pick up. If you dispute the price-they keep your item. read more

Brooke Cleaners in Ormond Beach and Daytona Beach ruined my mink vest that I had made from my mother's mink. I have no idea what they did but it has been ruined. It doesn't even fit me any more. It is coming apart. I AM SO UPSET I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO. They told me it was dry and etc. If they couldn't do anything with it then they should have told me and return it. Twenty-one years ago I had it made by a Canadian Fur company. At that time it cost $600.00, not including the cost of my mom's fur. DO NOT USE THEM TO CLEAN YOUR FURS. read more

I absolutely love the service here. The woman at the desk is always so friendly and welcoming. She remembers details as if she were my neighbor! The quality of the service is fantastic also. So much care and attention to detail. I had left something in a pocket once by accident, didn't even notice, but when I picked up my clothes there it was in an envelope attached to the hanger. There is nothing good to say about this business. The clerk was snippy and condescending. She talks down to you like you are a child. She would not disclose the cost of items prior to checking them in. When I picked them up, her attitude had not changed. The prices for laundry and dry cleaning are 2 - 3 times what my other cleaners charge. This is outrageous. I will never go there again. Please be warned about this establishment. Just picked up two dress shirts for cleaning and pressing. Cost was nearly $6.00 per shirt. Average cost from around the country is slighty over $2.00. Beware. God only knows what a suit or coat would cost. Desk Clerk could use some people skills as well. read more

I regularly have my Navy uniforms dry cleaned at this location. The service is consistent and I have always received my uniforms prior to the expected completion date. When I notified the staff of the dirt stains on my whites, they were able to remove them completely within 24 hours and the costs of having my uniforms cleaned and pressed are consistent with the Navy tailoring shops. read more

Excellent service, good quality and greater customer service. I went to other dry cleaners and they stretch my expensive shirt it's Versace shirt that cost $700 and then I came to Brooke cleaners at Ormond Beach location they did very nice job on that I am very happily with service only one dry clean in town that I can trust. Well if I'd seen their Daytona Location (where they send everything anyway- this is only a drop off) has a 1 star average (out of 5) I'd have never gone here in the first place! I went here almost SIX months ago to have a dress dry cleaned. The belt broke off in the dry cleaning but they still charged me for the dress (and separately for the belt- they tell me this is normal?) So then I said I needed it fixed (altered) since belt loops were broken in process. They said it would be ready in a week. I called in a week and she said "not done yet" I called in 2 weeks same answer. I called a week or two later no answer. Finally months are going by and i DEMANDED to find out what was going on (I still had my pink ticket) They tell me that this woman is gone from the company and it's not their fault (well it was THEIR employee so how isn't it their fault?) They said they'd call me within a week. NO call. I call back no call back. But I had the cell of the manger. I CC'd her a copy of my twitter account with over 12,000 followers (Many local) and said I was going to tweet about my experience. within a few HOURS they find the dress! wow what a coincidence! I go in to pay and they said there'd be a discount. But it was 10% and they said better to save for my next "big order" so gave me NO discount and i still had to pay! at this point we are talking almost SIX MONTHS! Obviously I will never be back. there are tons of dry cleaners on Granada and in ORmond and daytona beach. I highly recommend one of them over this place. (just try and find one that is green eco) I'm currently searching out a new one and will never go back here again. read more

Absolutely awful. The terrible product services are only outdone by the customer service, which is atrocious. Courtney, in particular, should be fired. Whoever she is, I wouldn't let this woman be in charge of cleaning my toilet - let alone my clothes. Unfortunately for Brooke Cleaners, I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more
