He was very understanding and stayed in touch with us for the following 3 months ordering supplies, checking on our delivery dates, etc., so he'd have everything ready to install for us. When we finally did schedule the start date, Mike dedicated 3 weeks to our project. He arrived on time, worked all day and stayed in contact every single day to make sure we were happy with that day's progress.
