Grossman's specializes in close outs and has a little less selection than the big box stores, but still has tons to offer. They have flooring, doors, windows, bathroom vanities, tubs, toilets, kitchen cabinets, countertops, and a ton more. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and will help you with any questions you may have. One of my cabinets arrived with a scratch, and the manager quickly ordered a replacement for me and gave me his store email so I could contact him as needed for my cabinet install. I was in yesterday picking up an order I made online. The woman at the customer service counter was talkative and pleasant. She worked quickly and efficiently and even got another staff member's attention and asked her to ring up the next customer so that none of us were waiting. Although this experience was positive, and lots of their staff are very helpful, there are some that are extremely unhelpful as well. I'm giving my 4 stars for the store, the items, prices, and the quality staff- usually there's at least one staff member who is really quick, pleasant and helpful. However, if you hit them on the wrong day or ask the wrong staff member for assistance, your experience may be quite less pleasant. (I went in to return broken wine glasses and order new ones- something that should've been a quick simple exchange- and was in the store for 45 minutes and dealt with 3 employees, only one of whom was competent and polite.) Along with tools and accessories, they also have the options for purchasing paint and accessories. There was also items outside of the store as you walk-in to purchase, such as outdoor items.
