If you encounter an unforeseen problem (we did), the co-owner, Rich Dalene, is very accommodating in working through the problem with you. A word of advice: Carpet is a huge investment. Make sure the carpet you choose is compatible with your vacuum cleaner - or be prepared to buy one that is.
