They advised me that with such a thin…read moreband I should avoid getting it resized more than once to avoid visible changes to the ring, and they did everything in their power to make sure I chose the right size. They got it done within a day and I couldn't even tell that it had been resized, there was absolutely no marking visible to the naked eye. The shop itself was small but seemed to have a great selection of unique jewelry. If I ever need a ring resized, or need to have jewelry custom-made I will definitely come to this shop!

The owner got aggressive and verbally abusive almost instantly. He threw $20 at me and said take it or he'd keep the earrings and just refund me. When I said I just wanted the price corrected, not a refund because I liked the earrings he started name calling. shocked at his behaviour I decided to just take the refund and leave, he tried to lock me inside the store. He only let go when I started dialing 911; his wife opened the door. He kept cursing at me as I walked out. Verify the karat yourself before buying anything here, AND BE READY FOR HOSTILITY IF YOU QUESTION THEIR PRODUCT . I have documentation of this interaction and intend to press charges for attempting to lock me in and unethical business practices. I would have never thought to go inside, but a co-worker had mentioned that he received great customer service at this store, so I decided to pop in one day after work. Initially I was a little intimidated by having to ring a doorbell to buzz open the door, but the store itself is intimate and welcoming. I have been looking for jewelry to wear at my wedding for over a month, and have been continually disappointed by the selection at chain stores in malls. The diamond jewelry here is classic and beautiful, and I found what I had invisioned immediately. It looks like a two-person team runs the store (a man and a woman) and both times I visited they were very patient and friendly, and I felt none of the attitude I have experienced from staff at other stores. When I purchased a necklace, it was cleaned for me before being put in a box, and when I mentioned off hand that my engagement ring was dirty, the saleswoman took it back for cleaning and offered the free cleaning service to me at any time I wanted.
