Swiner and another young man showed up on time, started removing the old flooring and neither one stopped until they were finished. No breaks! They cleaned up as they went and finished in less than 6 hrs. I had about 500 sf. I am so happy with their work and I will definitely call them again if need be. I love my new flooring and so pleased to recommend them for flooring installation! From ordering the flooring to installation took less than 3 weeks.

We were having a sunroom built and had looked at your typical Lowe's/Home Depot selection. Not that we didn't like what they had to offer, but their prices can be nearly double what you'll pay here! We wanted some vinyl planks that look like wood but are much more durable, scratch resistant, and obviously cheaper! R&T's selection can't be beat. They have colors, designs, and options of all types and for most any needs. They don't offer installation directly through them - he just sells the flooring itself, but the owner (who is super friendly and wants you to enjoy your product) has plenty of recommendations for locally-owned businesses who can do your installation for you, if needed. The only thing about the place is it's a little hard to find. It's in a warehouse next to a Crossfit gym behind Mt Juliet's train station. Pop the address in Google and it'll get you to the warehouse. You have to pull in on the left side and you should see some parking spaces labeled 'R&T only'. Can't say enough good things, and if you need some flooring, want to save some money and still get a good/quality product, and want to support local business - please shop here!

Once we made our selection worked with us to find an installer that could get us done quickly. The installer was Scott from Superior flooring, he was very professional and communication was great as it was with R&T. Samples to install took just 4 days and it's everything we could have hoped for. These folks are very professional from start to finish.

They also reconstructed stairs for us and perfectly matched the flooring. They were a delight to work with during the whole process. To give you an example - we had gone to several kitchen designers who spewed out everything from a good to a "you gotta be kidding" design. At Conner Brothers, they said, let us do a design for you with an island (we wanted an island, noone else thought we could incorporate that)....then, if you want we can also do the design with a peninsula if you want to compare them. The kitchen and the island look fantastic, by the way. That is superior service and at either the cost OR, in one case, they were about half the cost for a kitchen of one of the places we checked. They are our "go to" resource now for anything flooring or cabinets. I think you will be beyond satisfied with their work ----into the delighted category.

Bowman's recommended Dun-Rite Flooring installer Ben Owens to replace and install my 77 year old…read moremothers laminate floor and replace vinyl in bathroom. He did NOT complete the job. 1st. He did not include 1/4 round trim and base boards in estimate so my mother paid additional money for 1/4 rounds and assumed that was all that was needed to finish floors. The trim did NOT match the rest of the flooring already in place in the house. 2nd He told my 77 yr old mother that he was finished and collected his money " in cash" and then told her he DOES NOT do baseboards and left half of the job of installing the trim unfinished. 3rd. When he came out and gave her the estimate he had to see there was no trim or baseboards in certain areas that had to be removed due to the water damage , did he think my 77 yr old mother was going to put the base boards on so he could then install the trim? Or was she supposed to hire someone to install just the baseboards? If he couldn't complete the job he shouldn't have accepted. Finally when Ben and your store was called and asked why my 77 year old mothers floor was not finished we were told they don't do baseboards. I Do Not Recommend either Bowman's or Ben Owens, Dun-Rite Flooring. They took advantage of a 77 year old woman and they did not stand behind their recommendation and they did not complete the job. We wanted to top off our kitchen remodeling project with new quartz countertops and a bottom…read moremounted sink. Made the mistake of going to Lowes first ( a whole nother story). After waiting 3 weeks for Lowes to call and set up an appointment to come out and measure, we cancelled them and went to Magnolia. We found what we had selected at lowes in their large showroom, paid the deposit and recieved a call the next day for someone to come out and measure. The gentleman was very polite and courteous, made his templates and left. The crew that came out a couple of weeks later were also very polite and took great pains to protect our floors as they worked. The laid pads out on the floors, were extremely careful, and cleaned up everything before leaving which is a rarity when dealing with contractors. The counters fit great and our expectations were exceeded ! In addition, we saved over $400 from what lowes quoted. If there was any negative at all, it was the fact that Magnolia charges an extra 3% if you use a credit card . We paid cash to save the $120 or so. All in all, we highly recommend them!
