Fix mine, we are cutting you Wednesday, when will you install, no idea, we'll call you, never called back. Spoke to manager and salesperson, I do not want the same installers and I need the counter installed asap. I ended up going 12 days without a kitchen island which means no kitchen sink. Magnolia has never asked to see the deck they damaged, never apologized for taking 12 days to replace the granite with a stock product. Here's the rub, they offered me a $100.00 discount to keep white granite when I ordered and tagged beige. The icing on the cake, sent the same installers. Don't treat your customers like crap and when you screw up, fix it and keep the customer informed. Is this too much too ask, I don't think so.

Stephen was our designer and was with us every step of the way. He explained the different types and cost levels of each cabinet. We had an idea for the layout of the kitchen. Stephan took our ideas and transformed it into my dream kitchen. The installation of the cabinets was flawless. My husband commented that they thought of everything. We just happened to have our install scheduled for the week that once in a decade snowfall came. Needless to say, this required some flexibility to see what dates would work to re-schedule us. Monica made sure, though, that we are always kept in the loop and that the project would go ahead with minimal disruption. The second complication was due to a computer glitch that caused the wrong backsplash pattern to get assigned to our project. Unfortunately this was only discovered after it had been completely installed. My wife and I felt so bad that all that material and labor was wasted but Brett, the owner, was more concerned that we got what we wanted so he did what was needed to make things right. We are now very pleased with how everything turned out. This didn't play out as we expected but we have a fun story to tell and a great kitchen to tell it to our friends in =D To sum it all up, not that we wished for these wrinkles but they did show us how the company would respond when things were less than ideal and I can say wholeheartedly that they do put the customer first and will make sure you are left very satisfied with the end product. A special shout out as well to Kevin who brought the showroom to us, enthusiastically answered all our questions, and did a great job selling us on his company without being too pushy. Two installers came to my residence to install countertops that was purchased thru home depot in…read moreCleveland Tn. The existing countertops were already removed as well as the dishwasher was disconnected from the existing counter top and sink was disconnected from the plumbing. These installers used a covered outlet that was on the outside of my house for an electric tool. My husband asked the guy who appeared to be in charge if he would reconnect the dishwasher to the countertop. He agreed. When the job was finished, the dishwasher was NOT connected, the covered electric outlet that was outside was NOT closed, the countertop edges had what appeared to be glue on them that had to be scraped off. My husband texted the installer about reconnecting the dishwasher to the countertop, the guy replied back that it was "not level", my husband had leveled it himself and told this installer that. Installer never wrote back. We went to HD where we placed the order and spoke to the sales rep. She called her contact and was told that the installer would call my husband back. That never happened, have heard nothing from either installer and we now have to pay someone else to finish the job. We will NEVER buy another thing from HD and will never use them for any other installation . The name of the service provider on our order summary is "Cookeville Kitchens" . PO # 43426644 ......Terrible Experience and I will never again use them.
