We were driving through Sparta one day and came across Holmans Cabinets. I called them and was very lucky that one of their designers had a couple of hours before his next appointment. Stephen was our designer and was with us every step of the way. He explained the different types and cost levels of each cabinet. We had an idea for the layout of the kitchen. Stephan took our ideas and transformed it into my dream kitchen. The installation of the cabinets was flawless. My husband commented that they thought of everything. We were both impressed with the quality of work, great communication and patience. We had several delays before installation, but Holman's had no problem with the delay. We were so satisfied with the entire experience, we had Holman's design and install our bathroom cabinets. They also built our island wood countertop. We would highly recommend Holman's Custom Cabinets.

Then, when it was my turn for service, it took them a month to give me a quote and contract. THEN they just informed me they changed their minds and are too busy to take on my projects! They also reconstructed stairs for us and perfectly matched the flooring. They were a delight to work with during the whole process. To give you an example - we had gone to several kitchen designers who spewed out everything from a good to a "you gotta be kidding" design. At Conner Brothers, they said, let us do a design for you with an island (we wanted an island, noone else thought we could incorporate that)....then, if you want we can also do the design with a peninsula if you want to compare them. The kitchen and the island look fantastic, by the way. That is superior service and at either the cost OR, in one case, they were about half the cost for a kitchen of one of the places we checked. They are our "go to" resource now for anything flooring or cabinets. I think you will be beyond satisfied with their work ----into the delighted category.

Bowman's recommended Dun-Rite Flooring installer Ben Owens to replace and install my 77 year old…read moremothers laminate floor and replace vinyl in bathroom. He did NOT complete the job. 1st. He did not include 1/4 round trim and base boards in estimate so my mother paid additional money for 1/4 rounds and assumed that was all that was needed to finish floors. The trim did NOT match the rest of the flooring already in place in the house. 2nd He told my 77 yr old mother that he was finished and collected his money " in cash" and then told her he DOES NOT do baseboards and left half of the job of installing the trim unfinished. 3rd. When he came out and gave her the estimate he had to see there was no trim or baseboards in certain areas that had to be removed due to the water damage , did he think my 77 yr old mother was going to put the base boards on so he could then install the trim? Or was she supposed to hire someone to install just the baseboards? If he couldn't complete the job he shouldn't have accepted. Finally when Ben and your store was called and asked why my 77 year old mothers floor was not finished we were told they don't do baseboards. I Do Not Recommend either Bowman's or Ben Owens, Dun-Rite Flooring. They took advantage of a 77 year old woman and they did not stand behind their recommendation and they did not complete the job. Nice enough people, but the guy ran his equipment so fast! He did not completely cover the push…read morestroke with his back stroke - and left stripes of dirty carpet between each stroke! They are in too much of a hurry to CLEAN YOUR CARPET. Instead they just "go through the motions." They work too fast and do not accomplish a CLEANING OF THE CARPET! I sent a comment to their office with photos and they did NOT respond! I will not call them again and do not recommend them.

Both Joe and Zack came to clean our bedroom carpet and living room furniture. The guys did a great…read morejob cleaning. Our furniture looks brand new. After our carpet dried we noticed patches of discoloration in high traffic areas, so we called Floor Covering Technologies. They explained that the last time we had the carpet cleaned (by another company) they used a cleaning fluid of high pH. When the residue soap mixed with the new cleaner it made a precipitate in the carpet. A Floor Covering tech came back to the house and cleaned the residue in the carpet. Now the carpet looks brand new.
