After waiting 3 weeks for Lowes to call and set up an appointment to come out and measure, we cancelled them and went to Magnolia. We found what we had selected at lowes in their large showroom, paid the deposit and recieved a call the next day for someone to come out and measure. The gentleman was very polite and courteous, made his templates and left. The crew that came out a couple of weeks later were also very polite and took great pains to protect our floors as they worked. The laid pads out on the floors, were extremely careful, and cleaned up everything before leaving which is a rarity when dealing with contractors. The counters fit great and our expectations were exceeded ! In addition, we saved over $400 from what lowes quoted. If there was any negative at all, it was the fact that Magnolia charges an extra 3% if you use a credit card . We paid cash to save the $120 or so. All in all, we highly recommend them!

Stephen was our designer and was with us every step of the way. He explained the different types and cost levels of each cabinet. We had an idea for the layout of the kitchen. Stephan took our ideas and transformed it into my dream kitchen. The installation of the cabinets was flawless. My husband commented that they thought of everything. We were both impressed with the quality of work, great communication and patience. We had several delays before installation, but Holman's had no problem with the delay. Both Joe and Zack came to clean our bedroom carpet and living room furniture. The guys did a great…read morejob cleaning. Our furniture looks brand new. After our carpet dried we noticed patches of discoloration in high traffic areas, so we called Floor Covering Technologies. They explained that the last time we had the carpet cleaned (by another company) they used a cleaning fluid of high pH. When the residue soap mixed with the new cleaner it made a precipitate in the carpet. A Floor Covering tech came back to the house and cleaned the residue in the carpet. Now the carpet looks brand new.
