This is now the second time I've had to deal with this. My husband went in and saw the other new NP and sure enough his bill was also 80+ dollars. She is the most rude and unprofessional receptionist my parents have ever encountered. From dismissive and condescending remarks to dirty looks when my parents would enter the office. My family has been given the run around with this office. When my dad met with the Physician's Assistant - David, he was condescending. My father just wanted to make sure he would be getting the correct care he needs. Instead of listening and having a good bedside manner, he dismissed my fathers comments and concerns. Since the depart of P.A Shane Milliron, the entire office has gone down hill. When Shane was there, my parents were met with compassion and felt heard. The waiting times were simply absurd, your brought into a room, your nurse checks your vitals, then your just sitting there bored, stare at the wall or something for the next what felt like thirty minutes. Better get a book out or your phone. And then the doctor was super nice. She cared for me of course, that's why I'm giving such a high review despites the problems. Unfortunately doctors here aren't given enough time to spend with their patients. She literally said to me that she just can't spend more then a few minutes with me. So yea overall, it was an okay experience. But they should schedule appointments better and not overwork these doctors and allow more time between appointments to spend talking and discussing your medical history and what's really bothering you. I personally prefer to talk my doctor's ears off about my problems. I have so many conditions it's absurd. Maybe it's just me, but I felt like I wasted my time here. I always pay my bills so when I called and upset that a bill that was already paid was sent to collections the representative said they see the bill was paid and disregard. I inquired why I would receive a notice of collections if there isn't anything paid. The representative had no answer to any of my questions. Save yourself time and money and go somewhere else.

We have found kindness and willingness to serve with Summit View Dermatology. My husband had an appointment with Ryan Bingham. He had a biopsy done. After waiting for results an employee by the name of Lilly left him a voicemail on October 8th saying the biopsy result was in and he needed to contact them to schedule an appointment for treatment. Very unprofessional message left. Should have said come in for results. He was left very stressed. He called many times. They simply do not answer their phones. They do not return phone calls. Now a week later and 6 messages still no reply. The emotional stress has caused harm. If I do not get a reply and apology from Dr. Ryan Bingham in regard to his unprofessional staff I will be contacting the state medical board and ama code of conduct in regard to my husbands emotional stress which has caused him harm.
