We often start with little more than a destination and a budget and each time time Tracy has come back with multiple options and recommendations. She passes on her knowledge but I've never felt like she's pushing a particular destination. If we happen to find something ourselves she's more than willing to take that information and put Riverdale's resources behind it where she can. Most recently, with Covid-19 and the cancellations that have happened across the travel industry it would be an easy out for Travel Agents to throw their hands in the air and wish you luck dealing with recoveries from the various providers. Not Riverdale, Tracy has been engaged, informative, and fought for us the best she could. Its the reason we'll stay with them long after this is over.

Then, I was told the agent was busy with a customer and wouldn't have time to see me. Less than 5 minutes later, the only customer in the store came out. That customer had told me (I asked her outside.) that she was with the travel agent. Apparently they don't want the business. I'll go somewhere else.
