If we happen to find something ourselves she's more than willing to take that information and put Riverdale's resources behind it where she can. Then, I was told the agent was busy with a customer and wouldn't have time to see me. Less than 5 minutes later, the only customer in the store came out. That customer had told me (I asked her outside.) that she was with the travel agent. Apparently they don't want the business. I'll go somewhere else.
