when I first started shopping there I genuinely had good experiences. I have bought several Louis Vuitton bags, LV scarves, Gucci scarves, LV shoes with them.. but after a few visits myself and referring friends, I'm realizing the prices they was telling us was a completely different price when I checked out.. if they think you have money they will over charge you if you are not careful when checking out multiple items. they would also give you one quote online n a different quote in person. For consignment items they will low ball you for under 50% retail price but claim they pay out over 60 or 70%. They offered me $700 for a $3200 Gucci bag. i would just say be careful they can be shady. read more

After denying the fact that she did not have any items that I had left with her I wrote a review (see below) which prompted a call from her that she suddenly found 3 of the 12 items I had originally left one of which a yellow dress ...a dress she verbally abused me over saying she NEVER had a yellow dress... amazingly she found it... sadly she sold the other items and pocketed the money THEFT. she's an AWFUL WOMAN STAY away....After talking with other people who have had similar experiences with his store it has come to light when you drop things off there are a few factors you may want to consider one I am told if your item is priced under $50 you don't get it back two they're very shady business practices often items disappear only to go to her other store that is on the Illinois border to be sold down there. I will upload a picture later of a receipt that was signed by them indicating that I had left a specific amount of items there were certain amounts that were returned to me which is fine my items were new with tags they were either sold in her store or taken to her Illinois based store check with other Consignment places as they have heard numerous customers expressing the same story I will be filing similar reports on social media as well as with the Better Business Bureau and potentially the police department read more

I brought things in for her to sell and she gave me a list of all the things I went back in about a month she couldn't find any my thing she couldn't find any my paperwork and she told me she didn't sell them and then she wouldn't give me any of the money back so are used to go there and buy things I would never go there again she is so on organized and dishonest read more

WARNING! This is the most dishonest, sneaky resale shop. DO NOT take items there! They look over your things, say they are fine & they will consign them and then when you ask for an inventory list (they don't give you one on the spot); there will be SEVERAL items missing. I had a list w/dates dropped off of my items and the most expensive, best items were missing. When questioned, they said the items were damaged and donated to St. Vincent, even though they had agreed to sell them and were supposed to hold them 90 days for me to pick up the unsold items. A leather jacket I dropped off only appeared on my inventory after I questioned why it wasn't on it; 2 MONTHS after it was dropped off.
