I'm so glad we went with them as the set up and take down was so easy, i wasn't involved in any way lol. Interaction with the owner was seamless and pain-free from first interaction to take down which was completed without our involvement. We just left the gate open for access and closed when we realized they left. As someone who loves to be in control of everything, that says a lot! I was busy doing the most minute last stuff and wasn't even home for most of the party but i was able to witness the kiddies and my daughter enjoy the play lounge. The ballpit was a HUGE hit! We had Audrey as our entertainer, and she was a true professional from beginning to end, texting clear details of her upcoming booking with us, showed up on time the day of, and she had such a sweet and friendly demeanor. She came dressed to do face painting, (a true artist! Some images were painted on kids arms), shared magic tricks, then made balloon animals. She then changed for photo ops in the famed costume and our kid guests just had such a blast with her!
