I am attaching photos. I was excited when a man about 70ish came to do the initial measurements. I had no doubt he was a master craftsman and was thrilled. But the template was made by, I think his son. He aslo did the install. His sister called the night before he was supposed to be installing, that he was sick so it was installed a day later than agreed upon which messed up a plumber. I inspected the job before I cut the check. Only because I mentioned these problems did he confess to them. He would have left without pointing them out. I paid the full price which makes me incredibly gullible. You can see the gap of over an inch from the granite to the west side wall. You can also see where they cut into a wooden chair rail too far on the edge of the eastern side. The heartbreaker was that the puppy didn't match the grain on the two opposing ends. The center piece (sink) was laid east to west but the two side counters were cut north to south. I expected the grain to be in one direction as we bought a huge slab. The edge of the east block to the north/south block isn't flush. It was a poor job that I waited for since August (July if you count our going to the stoneyard in Windsor). I've wanted a granite countertop my whole adult life and was in tears after they left because it cost a fortune and wasn't done well. It was a poor job that cost a fortune and took months. I CANNOT RECOMMEND as the son is more an apprentice who should learn more from his elder/master before being given his own install.

This is how you turn on a New Yorker :). I chose them to install granite countertops with under-mount sinks in 3 rental units we renovated. Being totally clueless about granite installation I overly researched the process. Even after all of that I didn't realize they all have a different way of charging and different items covered during the process. When I spoke with the owners about my concerns I felt reassured that I had chosen the right team. What I love about Wenbo and Jennie is that they have the granite onsite so you are able to see the quality of the stones they use. I also love that they also cut, polish and seal the stone onsite too. That is huge because it will save you so much time from the moment they go to your location to measure the countertop space and do the templates to the date of installation. I am so blessed to have been able to find and work with true professionals in their field. Jennie and Wenbo you two are definitely my to-go-to team for my future renovation projects. I would rate it negative if I could…read more The owner's wife claims that she knows EVERYTHING about the interior design while complaining about our kitchen was so small. She made fun of what I was thinking and her suggestions were actually incorrect and all the measurement her husband took was all wrong. Since they were recommended by a contractor, I chose to trust them at the beginning and the disaster has begun. First, since all the measurements were wrong, they ordered the wrong cabinets, my corner cabinets were wrong and they said just make the sink not to face the middle of the window, then I could use the wrong cabinet. Also, they said, in order to use the cabinets that they already delivered, I could just take out the door trims so it would fit. The idea was horrible! They wanted you to accommodate their mistakes ! Imagine you have to use the sink everyday which is not aligned with the center and also the door with no trim around it. Anyway, I insisted they exchanged to the right size of the cabinets and of course, a LOT of attitude and complaining why I was so picky. Moving on to the installation of the counter top. First, I chose a very beautiful granite stone and told them how I would want it to be cut. They refused to show and confirm what was the final design because they were "BUSY". The tragedy happened when they delivered the counter top, it was the exactly the cut I keep warning them that I DON'T want. The edge was black and white so you can tell immediately that the seam was there. I understand there will be a color variation, but that shouldn't be emphasized like that. Plus, why they would refuse a customer to go onsite to check their 2000 dollars investment ? At the end, the owner yelled at me very loud and took the whole granite away. It was very intimidating as my husband wasn't there. This place will be your last place to do business with. They use "hand drawing" to design your kitchen, card board to do the molding of your counter top. Our final counter top was designed by a local kitchen studio, the owner used laser to measure and cut the stone. The installation was super professional and pleasant (GRANITE & KITCHEN STUDIO).

The second manager wasn't any help at all and tried to talk me into making installment payments. He also didn't take any measurements or give me a price. I was very discouraged and really didn't think that I was going to get anew shower. Then Tony arrived. I explained what had happened on the first 2 appointments He immediately put me at ease . He explained the differences between the products that the other 2 companies used and his products. We then checked out the bathroom .Tony explained what the plumber and installer would do. He also checked out the Cellar to make sure there wouldn't be any problems down there. Tony taken all the measurements before going to the Cellar. Then he wrote up the qoute explaining The configuration and parts that were being ordered. I used Billy Columbe of Advanced Pro Home Improvement on three separate occasions in the last…read morecouple of years. Replaced five windows on three bedrooms & repaired many vinyl siding problems. What I appreciated most during my window replacement was that Billy came out on two separate times to allow me to move around forty years of clutter from the windows to allow him to work. All windows & siding repairs were done exactly as he estimated & work was great. My oil consumption was down noticeably. On an emergency basis, repair my roof & gutter when a forty-two year old tree fell on my house. He came out a couple of days later when the tree was lifted from my roof. I was really in a jam & Billy came thru in a pinch with this emergency repair. Replaced eight interior doors & door trim. Several of these doors were custom sizes. All doors were installed as quoted. Billy gave me excellent tips on how to save on my labor to paint the trim & walls while the trim was loose. This saved me work, however Billy had to make an extra trip back for the trim installation. To sum it up, Billy Columbe did the work exactly as he quoted, the price was reasonable, Billy would show up on the day he stated he would & he texted me about thirty minutes ahead of time to give me a "heads up" that he was on his way. I would recommend his work.

This time, Renoldo came with his assistant to install one door for $ 1,500.00 and to patch over three huge cracks in the attic ceiling and wall that the company renovated in September, just six months ago. In short, wrong door knobs (twice!), a gap between the door frame and door (which they didn't want to fix), and nearly two, frustrating hours texting Dustin, the manager, who claimed he was right about everything and wouldn't take responsibility for an unsatisfactory job. I had to take doorknob pictures to prove my point because he insisted that he had purchased the right doorknob. WTF! I had to put up with his sarcasm, denials, name-calling, and gaslighting to get him to do the job. One door and a lot of unnecessary stress and aggravation. Never again, even if they paid me a million dollars, will I EVER work with this company again. Addendum: after much ado over everything, the company bought the proper color for the wood filler and filled all gaps and cracks left after they redid the door, which they should do with every door they replace that leaves ugly gaps in people's hardwood floors, even if the prior door installer was considered by them to have installed it improperly.
