I just used Paramount Gallery for 20 windows in my house - five for shutters and 15 for blinds. The experience from start to finish was wonderful. Prior to this, my house was like a fishbowl at night. I really wanted privacy but also valued aesthetics of what the window fixtures would look like. I called Paramount Gallery to schedule an appointment. The woman I spoke with was lovely and very helpful. I told her a general sense of what I wanted. I then had a great at home consultation with Andy, the owner. He came with very helpful samples based on my previous phone conversation. He really nailed it. We did a walk through of every window so he could get familiar with the size and depth. He was very informative in his recommendations and thorough in his measurements. He then was able to give an itemized quote that day. He also was right on the money with the lead time he gave me. Andy came and installed the window fixtures himself and showed as much enthusiasm as I felt over how amazing they all looked. I recently moved into a new home that needed sliding glass door vertical blinds. When I called Paramount Gallery, they scheduled the next day to came out to measure the area and to show me various samples of the type of blinds. I was immediately impressed, because I had contacted other vertical blind businesses and they scheduled their measurement visit two or three weeks out. I ordered my sliding glass door vertical blinds that day and because it was a special order, the delivery date was 2 or 3 weeks before I could actually has them installed. But, to my pleasant surprise the blinds were delivered to Paramount Gallery 1 and 1/2 weeks later, and when they received the order they notified me, and we scheduled the next day to have them installed. I am very pleased with the vertical blinds I ordered and the installation finished product is superb, it shows the level of experience between the owners. I have recommended them to my family and friends, and when I am in need of blind services, I will contact Paramount Gallery, they have found a life time business partner. read more
