(The sort that has a metal frame and sections that open and swing. ) I was impressed by many things, but first and foremost had to be their honesty. While they advised my of full replacement options, they were also able to advise me on how they could but and replace a single pane of double sided glass. This saved me money and time. They just completed the with and I could not be me pleased. It looks fantastic and the installers were super professional and thoughtful. ( They pay attention to details. ) So, I loved their honest and helpful style and I think their work was top notch. I am a very critical thinker and appreciate when people speak clearly and try to meet a customer's needs rather than sell what makes then more money. Any time a contractor removes a 10x 8 chunk of your house you gotta hope they know what they are doing. Seven Sun replaced a sliding door/screen which led from the kitchen to a patio and we couldn't be happier with the process. The company owner ZZ met with us for over an hour as we reviewed options. When the doors were installed and the job was complete he returned the next day to inspect the project. He thought the latch/lock mechanism should work a bit more smoothly and sent the crew back the next day to improve it. The crew was efficient from the time they put up protective sheets in the kitchen until the job was complete several hours later. Before they left, they washed the kitchen floor! We recently had 7 new energy-efficient windows installed in our 3 season room and we cant't say enough good things about ZZ and his team @ Seven Sun. The experience was excellent from start to finish. Our idea was just to replace our old awning style windows but ZZ came out and suggested a new layout that we hadn't even considered and it totally transformed the living space. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, putting in a full 8 hour day from start to finish. They carefully protected everywhere they walked and the cleanup was spotless. Pricing was fair, communication was excellent, Paulina in the office was very helpful with any questions we had & ensuring we got our EnergyStar rebates. Seven Sun put in a large, sliding patio door for us and it looks and works great! The price was reasonable and they arrived when they said they would come. They were very careful to protect the inside room and the outside deck as they worked. The work included installing and painting the inside and outside molding around the door so that it was a finished project. Nice to have a local business that does what the said they would do. I would never recommend this window company. Professional & friendly at beginning but once you sign contract, you're informed it's 6 months till installation & then told there's no refund of my 2,800 deposit. Pretty bad. I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau so no one else gets scammed. read more
