Second time posting a review because somehow mine got deleted. Long story short, All I'm going to say if you walk into this place and see a fragrance you like... get a price from him. Say you're going to take a walk around OR pull your phone out and Google the fragrance. 9 time out of 10 you WILL find the fragrance cheaper at a store like Macy's than at this place. Also, most of his fragrances he sells will be fake while having the real bottle there. If you buy from him make sure the box, the letters and the bottle itself are exactly what you want. Run away from this place. The older gentleman that works there is pleasant enough until you start questioning him on some of the prices. Selling 9 year old fragrances that everyone else has in a bargain bin for full price is certainly no discount. When you mention how high the prices are compared to online retailers he will tell you those are fake fragrances. So every online purchase sold well below their prices is fake? That's an interesting sales tactic to force people to buy. When you ask to see a name brand he will push you to try their garbage brands because the markup on that is 300-500%. Stay away from the cheap clones that line the shelves as well. Also, no refunds. Exchange only or store credit. He will tell you he only has 1 left and probably won't get anymore and can't discount it, I went in to return something and he had more on the shelf a week later. Just don't buy here is the best advice I can give, if you must, buy the name brand stuff only and know your prices so they do not get additional markup. read more

If I could only give a half star I would but I can't. This place is HORRIBLE! At first the girl that was helping me was really nice and actually provided some pretty close recommendations for what I was looking for, however I was about to buy a bottle of perfume and my instincts were telling me to check online first and let me tell you I'm so glad I did!! The same perfume I was looking to purchase from them was $50 CHEAPER on Amazon direct from the perfume brands Amazon store front. I mentioned this and asked if they price match and another girl who I didn't notice chimed in and said no we don't so I mentioned the price difference from Amazon and she said well we know that ours are authentic and with buying online it's probably fake. I proceeded to try and mention it's from the brands store front and she said then go buy the fake one from Amazon. I'm sorry but how does a business operate like this and remain open? I ended up walking out as she was still making remarks about buying fakes off Amazon. I went home and researched the perfume that I was looking at and every where else it was the same price as listed on Amazon so these people are really marking up the prices. To be honest I wouldn't be surprised if they were the ones selling fakes. This place needs to be shut down immediately. I'm going to warn you right now. This review is written by a dirty hippie who...doesn't wear fragrance! And when I do, I just dab some vanilla or clove oil behind my ears and move on to applying my Tom's of Maine deodorant. Clearly, I came here shopping for a gift. This smell in a bottle was for somebody else, not for me. I needed some Calvin Klein for a gift, you see, and my MIL had wisely tipped me off that Macy's had it on sale for a certain amount. Macy's is all the way at the other end of the mall, though! Pshaw! I decided to check out this small, jam-packed perfume and cologne store in the Nordstrom's wing. Don't try coming in here with a stroller, because boxes of fragrance are stacked high around the narrow aisle. Don't even try coming in while babywearing, because there's no way too keep the shiny bottles out of reach of little hands. Once you're in, though, you can find everything from classics like Chanel to scents branded with the names of pop stars like Justin Bieber and Taylor Swift. They guarantee that they will beat competitors by $5. This offer can be hard to make good on, however, because Macy's or Ulta might have Dior in 3.2 oz bottles, while Perfume Outlet has it in 3.4 oz bottles. (Did I mention the limited space here? They don't have room to carry every size of every fragrance in stock.) This is where the haggling comes in--DO IT. The guy at the register will likely make you an offer once you mention the other guy's price. Go ahead and counter offer. You will likely meet in the middle and end up saving at least a couple bucks. Other items are already so far below listed prices elsewhere that you're a fool to haggle. A fool, I say! Take the discount and run! Needless to say, they don't have special offers like the department stores do, where if you buy $50 of Fendi you get a free umbrella or a promise of a free carry-on bag with lotion in it with the purchase of $60 of Armani fragrance. Oh well. Like you're really going to use that Fendi umbrella. I got a deal on a smelly present, and that's good enough for me. read more

I'm confused.. How do people buy anything here? I feel like all the perfumes are expired! There was no pleasant scent to any I smelled.. I was sad that I couldn't return mines. I felt like I got ripped off big time. I got 1fl oz of viva la juicy for 60$.. I went to sephora on my way out of the mall and smelled the real one (1fl oz over is 52$) and I can definitely smell the difference. Even after I got home and showered I was still able to smell the real juicy on my hand. The guy at the store seemed very nice and helpful, but obviously I think there's something suspicious with the perfumes they are selling. read more

Bought perfume here... they claim to be some kind of "outlet" but do just one thing before you buy something from them: look up on amazon what the stuff is going for on there. I feel so stupid and humiliated by these crooks... they are con artists who will tell you whatever you want to hear, "it is limited edition, its discontinued" etc. I got ripped off almost $50 on some perfume. Amazon had the exact same bottle for $74 that they sold me for $125. Please dont get screwed by these people like I did... it ruined by whole weekend. read more

this place is such a rip-off and gives the worst customer service, if it can even be called customer service. i bought a perfume there and noticed the box was completely unlike other stores' boxes of the same perfume. when i went back to ask about it, the guy immediately threatened to call security, called me a liar and refused to give me a refund 1 minute after he told me he would give me a refund. he grabbed my unusual looking box and quickly swapped it with something that barred a similar resemblance to the real thing, but was still not 100% normal looking. he again threatened to call security on me. i contact customer service and will see what happens. never had such a terrible experience before while shopping... save your time and money and don't go there read more
