The shop is ok but not very well supplied. Whenever I come to buy something that can be found in other Marsals stores, there is no such thing in this store. Compared to other locations I think this one is the worst supplied.

As most Marshalls, this one has good variety of cloths and home decor. It has good deals in clearance. My wife always has better luck at these type of stores. They seem to put more effort into the women's side. This particular location I have good luck at. Once upon a time for office clothes, now its great for home clothes. This is store is on the small side so selections are limited . With that said, the store is very clean and organized. The staff was amazing. They are very welcoming and very helpful. The cashiers are very quick but very polite . Checkout experience was fantastic. Good enough selection of nick nacks. Would have given it a 5 stars but this store is catered to mostly women .

The lines here are unreal. Right now I'm counting 21 people in line and two open registers (only one has a light on). Makes me angry. Update: Manager came to the front and said "I have other shit to do" and walked to the back.

    Endless racks.

Full price + in season + first run clothing? Too rich for my blood. In fact, if I go to a store and see something that isn't already in a bin and doesn't have a deodorant stain or make-up smear already on it, I don't even have to look at the price tag to know I can't afford it. I mean, there was an era where I could take part in those luxuries, but then as time went on those little nice things that I so often liked to buy really started to add up and eventually I was no longer a mid-twenty something forward-dressing fashonista on a seemingly limitless budget. Today I stand before you a (oh god, this is the first time I've typed this out) late-twenty something broke-ass bargain betty who has worn the same black jeans covered in cat hair and over-sized denim button down for virtually the past 3 weeks. What!? I've been busy. And I have every intention of wearing something different on Thursday this week. So, myeh. Anyway, I come here in lieu of my former days of endlessly perusing the real realm of retail (Woodfield Mall) across the street. Now I find myself scavenging for tags with yellow dots or red sharpie lines drawn through them. The selection here isn't great by any means and I swear on my life this location is some sort of meet-ups.com location for gypsy caravans as I've seen gypsy families on more than one occasion come in in a large group, cause a loud scene arguing in the store, children grabbing at everything, loading carts, switching price tags, and then standing in line to try and bargain, haggle and hornswoggle the cashiers over every item. It can be amusing, but not when you're in line behind them or when you think you might be at risk of being pick-pocketed by a 4 year old while you try to eyeball the prices on jars of old artisan olives. Lucky or unlucky for these all too frequent cray cray customer instances, it's made the store staff pretty hardened but at the same time very tolerant. Even this past weekend when I had taken a Nerf gun I'd found on the ground there and began aiming kill-shots in the menswear accessory section mirrors, the employees took one look, walked right up and asked my boyfriend if we needed any help finding anything. A ballsy move by the Marshall's team, and I can appreciate that. Just do yourself a favor and never shop retail on the weekends. It's never worth it.

I stopped in today after a jaunt to IKEA and couldn't believe the selection of Coach and Michael Kors boots and the amazing selection of dresses.

By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Nordstrom has done a complete 180. What…read moreused to be a special experience is now rotted by egotistical associates. I stopped in on Saturday 4/25/26 for an exchange. We had to search for an associate, to start off. Some were behind the counter on their phones, chit chatting with each other, or hiding behind racks. I felt like I was in a sea of employees with none to be found- strangest experience. I unfortunately found a counter with a lady named Cathy behind it. Cathy falls in top five worst shopping experiences I've ever had. She immediately profiled me, it was actually disturbing. Without letting me say a word about my exchange, she went on and on about why is it her problem and she's a "rule follower". She wouldn't even take the time to pull up my personal book or my mother in laws, who gifted them to my husband. Also, keep in mind, there are no "rules" when it comes to Nordstroms return policy. She was strictly there to give me a hard time and make me feel like I was doing something wrong. Things only went downhill from there when she called her MIC. A male named Eric I believe? African American with a beard. He came down with a quickness and never made eye contact with me once. The two of them together couldn't make one good manager. I found him to be cowardly and an example of the company's poor onboarding & training. It's not too late to invest in a leadership program, let me know if you're interested. My three items were like-new and only tried on. My husband has a bad habit of washing all his clothes before he wears them. He did exactly that in September 2025 to realize the pants fit him poorly on the legs. Since when is that a crime or not allowed? I've posted the return policy directly from their website with my review. It's clear that Cathy and her MIC were only trying to give me, and likely many other customers, a hard time and not service. So much for playing by the rules.

I had never had this done before and I'm glad he encouraged me to experience this. Their international beauty rep was there along with a very nice makeup artist named Nikki. They gave me so many beauty tips and also explained in detail how to use the HG line cosmetics the right way. The cosmetics look natural and feel great on my skin! They are animal, vegan, mostly all natural, free of all the harsh chemicals and made in Italy! They were debuting their collector palette books too which I found all of them to have beautiful color ensembles. I purchased the Deer. Everyone in this department are very helpful but kudos to all the Hourglass line people within Nordstrom for making a fun and interesting time! The international rep (I'm sorry I can't remember her name) was really knowledgeable. Nikki was amazing and made my makeup look the best it's been in a very long time. Best thing was that Nordstrom had a sale on cosmetics so I was able to get 15% off of these name brand plus I was given an awesome gift with purchase!!

We only needed a few things and don't often go to Walmart (I don't recall the last time we were there. In terms of inventory - they have everything and their prices are good. Many of the times we were there, it was messy - items on the floor rather than hung up or put back on the shelves, but this time it was neat and tidy. There weren't many shoppers, perhaps because it was a Sunday morning when we were there. The issue with Walmart like most other retailers these days is staffing. There isn't anyone around to provide help if you need it. This time was no different. The only workers we saw were manning the cash registers. If you know what you want, know they have it in stock, and have a general idea of the layout of the store, I'm sure you can find what you need. In cases like ours where we are not regulars and don't know the floor layout, finding items isn't easy and there is no one there to help you. So, for the cleanliness today and the fact they had everything we were looking for at the right price - 4 stars. But since there is virtually no customer service, I'm knocking it down one star to 3.
