They are my go to place for garden accents - vintage and reproduction and I love this big old wash tub in the front room that has odds and ends of coin silver, silver plate, and sterling serving pieces and flatware. Fun and sometimes funky pieces of old furniture, true country pieces, and great art and some of the best antique mirrors I have seen. They also have the most amazing Christmas ornaments and wow can I go on? YES, ALL DAY I LOVE THIS PLACE THAT MUCH! After about 30 minutes The cashier told me I should call customer service to which my response was that she or someone else should since email clearly told me it was shipped to the store. At this point the manager stepped in and went in the back and checked and then called customer service. This took another 15 minutes The end result being that there was a mess up. The email never should've been sent to me to because items were never sent to the store so I was told to go home and wait a few days and call back. So I have no complaints with the management, just Kirklands methodologies in communication and shipping.
