The owner is super nice. Once I bought orange Civia plant and few months into it wasn't doing well. I brought it back to show and ask for advice on what is wrong & what to do. They took the plant, treated it and kept for a while in the greenhouse till it became vibrant again and called me to pick it up. I appreciate that kind of customer service. He brings out my vase with my order and tells me I need to pick another balloon because the one I bought online they sold. They sold a balloon that was already purchased and paid for online. I tell them I just want a refund for it. As I'm waiting they're scrambling to help people left and right -there's no actual organization. Another woman brings her order back in because they shorted her two cakes and it was supposed to say happy Mother's Day. They told her they couldn't fit the cakes on the tray even tho the picture that she ordered off of showed the correct amount. And then proceeded to say "we ran out of the Mother's Day chocolate take it how it is or get a refund". What ever happened to customer service ?! Seriously take ur money and go somewhere else !
