Spike is absolutely awesome to work with. He Never rushes you and presents different options and ALWAYS stays on top of the job from start to finish. Abbey Flooring has a great selection and Spike helped guide us to a selection and after making our selection he let us take the sample book home to see if it fit with our color scheme. After that he came out and took the measurements and ordered our selected carpet.. The install went absolutely perfect. His installers, Hugo and David, were completely amazing. They moved all the large items for us and finished the job in one day! Five bedrooms was no easy feat. They put everything back. They let us know it was out of warranty and then came out to look at our concern. Within days they sent out a couple of gentleman to fix the countertop. The fix was perfect and we couldn't be happier our kitchen countertops are beautiful. Artistic didn't charge us for the half day job and called us right afterwards to make sure all was ok.
