Steve came out and did an estimate and was able to get started the next week. The results are above and beyond what I was expecting. He used a color called canvas tan and it is wonderful! Looking for a painter/contractor is not a fun or easy task. We have a home in Elk Grove that has been rented out for many years. Last month we decided it was the right time to sell. The renters moved out and left our home a disaster. Our first priority was to paint the interior of our home, as recommended by our agent. I went on Yelp and Craiglist in search of a painter. After contacting 7 places, only 4 got back to me. Of those 4, Steve was by far the most affordable and most responsive. We also wanted someone who was licensed and bonded, and he was. Steve was extremely knowledgeable. He recommended we paint the walls Canvas Tan as it was the most popular color for model homes in the area. After viewing the finished product, he was absolutely right, the color was a perfect fit. He also touched up cracks in our ceilings and fixed damages to the doors and trim left behind by the tenant's pets. Everything was done with the utmost care and attention to detail. And as you know, remodeling a home always comes with unexpected delays. Steve was accommodating and willing to work around our schedule without any complaints. I highly recommend Steve and his team! Professional, reliable, and trustworthy-- hard traits to find in contractors. We also had to replace our carpets and made the huge mistake of going with Home Depot. Do not use Home Depot! I hired Steve to paint the interior of my house after getting a very reasonable bid from him. When the house closed escrow and i really had a chance to look at the interior, I realized I needed new interior doors and closet door as well. Steve was really easy to work with and very accommodating. It's an old house and part way through the project Steve realized the door ways were sort of warped and each of them were a slightly different size. None of this deterred him. He worked really hard and cut each door frame himself. He made it work, look perfect and brought the project in on time! I can't say enough good things about him and his work crew. I am planning on painting the exterior next year and wouldn't even consider another painter or contractor. read more

I called several painters to give me a price to have the exterior of my home painted. Noble Construction and Paint was not the cheapest or the most expensive - they were right in the middle. The owner (Steve) came out to my house, on time, and gave me a price right then and there (others made me wait - sometimes up to a week - for an estimate). When I called him back a few weeks later to schedule the job, he was extremely accommodating and polite. The work started right on time and was actually finished earlier than I had anticipated. His crew was also very polite and accommodating - hard workers, too. The paint job looks fantastic - very precise and meticulous! They matched my color samples exactly and threw in a lot of extra stuff (like stripping my porch and putting a special sealant on it before re-painting it) for free. Steve came out again, after the work was completed, to do a "walk through" with me to make sure that I was completely satisfied with their work. I had also asked him to replace a door sill for my back door, which he included in the paint job for a nominal additional fee and the work is exemplary! If you want a super-cheap job, he's not your guy, but if you want very high quality, reliable work done at a more-than-fair price, give them a call. As a home owner, it's always difficult to find contractors that are fair and ethical. I often feel like I might be getting raked over the coals when contracting work to be done on my home, but not with Noble Construction and Paint. They are my new go-to guys for all of my painting and contracting needs! Steve is a gem and a great find! I highly recommend Noble Construction and Paint. We called several different painting companies to give a quote to paint the exterior of our house and Noble Construction & Paint not only gave us a great price, but they did an amazing job! They were extremely professional in demeanor and most importantly (at least to me) they were really tidy and efficient. It didn't take them too long to do the whole job (and it was a pretty sizable job) and they didn't make a huge mess either, like some construction/paint companies do. Would recommend. First, the quality of the interior paint job was great. Love the job they did on our 1300 sf house. I found one two inch overspray that they immediately fixed. Amazing! Second, they fixed the plaster in two cove ceilings and the workmanship was immaculate. We lived with cracks for 15 years and the guys made the ceilings seamless. Third, of the three vendors I contacted, Steve was the only one who came out to look at the place and do a walkthrough before the estimate. I really appreciated that he made the effort and it was a good sign of his workmanship. Minor caveat, Steve is BUSY (he does good work) and there was a lag in response a couple times. This did NOT effect our start date or the speed at which they got the project done. Just give him a bit of leeway and be prepped to ping once or twice over the course of estimation and work. read more

Never called back...why do they do this? I wish these contractors would keep their word and show some integrity. If they do not want to take on a job...why not say it up front? I just got my house painted and I can't be happier. It makes the house looks new again! I painted the interior of my home, and it took months to get it done. I am sure I could have painted the exterior myself, but it is so nice to be done in a few days. It took a few days overall to finish the job, but it did spread out over a couple of weeks. The weather sucked on many of those days. The only problem I ran into was my HOA!! I didn't know this, but I had to get prior approval to repaint my own home in its original color! It's a bit bureaucratic, but that that is the price pay if you don't want neighbors fixing their "collector" car in their drive way or neighbors from across the street parking their car(s) in front of your house. read more

This guy is fantastic. We were in a position where we needed a small job done quickly (a few rooms painted in a currently empty house, furniture arriving in a week). The painter we expected to use, recommended by a friend, had not returned our calls. I found Steve on Yelp and called him up; he came out that afternoon to quote the job and made sure he could fit it in within our timeframe. Gave me a quote on the spot which was very reasonable. The job was complete ahead of schedule and cost exactly what he said it would. The job quality was excellent and the site was pristine, with nothing except the buckets of extra paint neatly stacked against the wall. Steve is the owner. The crew was " The Two Jesus s". There was a third guy but I failed to remember his name- he was very courteous.These guys were amazing! Oh and by the way 3 Neighbors came by and asked if they could paint their house! I live on a cul-de-sac. A new neighbor was getting his exterior done and I walked over to check it out. Jesus came was over to greet me and said hold on let me get Jesus- lol- CLASSIC! I was sold. I am a good judge of character. Jesus gave me Steve's card from Noble Construction. I called the number and he answered. He was very well mannered and was eager to help me out. I dig that! He gave me a quote over the phone because he knew the neighborhood and my model home- EXPERIENCE! He came over the next day to meet and greet my wife. He had a sense of humor and exuded confidence. He was courteous and walked around the home to see the project. Same day he had the guy who I can't remember( sorry my friend ) power wash m home. Next day- they started prepping and painting. We hired Steve and his crew to repair stucco cracks and paint the exterior of a property we're selling. Steve was super friendly and knowledgeable. The Noble crew was able to complete the job within a week of me reaching out, which we really appreciated. Price was very reasonable and the house looks great! Took off a star (would have taken off only half a star if I could) because I had to have them correct a few things which were not communicated to the crew, and there was a fair amount of overspray we had to clean off our patio and walkways. Steve and his crew painted the exterior of our home. From the initial estimate to the beautifully finished job they were a pleasure to deal with. The job entailed stucco, cedar shingles, concrete porch, wood porch, gutters and trim. Three different paints. Excellent workmanship. We are very particular about tight transitions and cleanliness after a job like this. All of our expectations were met perfectly. I had noticed two small problems but Steve's crew took care of them even before I had a chance to say anything! Attention to detail! I love it! I am having Steve give me an estimate on a garage remodel as well. One of the reasons I chose Noble is that they are a full service construction company as well so if there was need for any siding replacement they could take care of it as well without me having to search for another contractor. How refreshing that a company makes an agreement to provide services,and then follows through. The work was started and completed on time, and was quality all the way. We had 14 sheets of T1-11 siding replaced and a complete house paint job. Steve the owner had his crew even back prime the siding, and then primed and applied 2 coats of paint to the whole house. Hired them for wood siding replacement and exterior house painting due to good yelp reviews and after Steve said they would be able to start right away whereas another company wouldn't be able to start until 3 weeks later. (This was several months ago, but haven't been able to leave review due to holidays.) Start date was delayed because "materials had to be ordered". There were multiple days where they never showed up without notice. When I called to see if they were coming, it was always a different excuse--"we need more materials" (when there were plenty in the yard), "one of my guys is having personal issues". We have a dog we had to displace so he wouldn't be in the way of workers so this was a huge inconvenience. After they finally got the job done (about 3 weeks), we were able to bring our dog back--only to find that they never picked up any of the nails they had pulled out when then pulled out the old siding. I was fed up with them at this point and didn't want to displace our dog again while they came out to pick up the nails so we ended up picking it up ourself and literally picked up a bucket full of nails. They also didn't replace the cover to an outdoor outlet after replacing the siding. It was just left laying on the ground next to it, which we discovered about a month later when we were having electrical issues. That wasn't the source of the issue, but the electrician we hired was nice enough to replace it for us. Overall, they might be good for a 1-2 day paint job, but I would not recommend them for any larger projects. read more
