Melinda helped me with my honeymoon cruise to Hawaii - and even helped me set up a cool honeymoon registry where my wedding guests were able to buy me excursions that I was able to use on my trip. I couldn't imagine a better way to connect with our wedding guests - them providing us with the funds to make lasting memories of surfing lessons and volcano tours that we were able to share with them when we came back! I even unfortunately had to use my travel insurance on a recent trip and Katie helped me through the whole process, coordinating with the insurance provider to make sure I had all of the details and forms for an quick and easy claim. The airboat ride was amazing and I even got to hold a baby alligator. The only thing keeping this review from a five is the musical chairs game we played with bus drivers. We were picked up then told to get on another bus then. The same thing happened after we left the plantation. I'm sure there was some master planner who knew what was going on but no one really explained this to us during so it required us to be very trusting and hope we would eventually have a ride back to our hotel. It all worked out in the end and was a great day.

I've traveled frequently, and have always felt like I could handle the booking/organizing/planning of the trip on my own. With the cruise, there were so many things that I didn't know and Donna has provided value every step of the way. From questions about deck pros and cons, expectations for excursions, how the crazy gratuity works... she always had the answer and did it in a patient way. I'm certain that I've been one of her needier clients - I have a habit of checking, rechecking, and checking again to make sure I've fully understood all of what is presented and that we've received the best deal.
