My mother needed a tow from Metairie to New Orleans, and being that she couldn't find someone to pick her up, she rode with the service guy. They engaged in small talk along the ride. He informed her that he was in fact married. Once they arrive at my moms residence, the service guy stalled removing her vehicle from the tow. He then made a pass at my mother by asking her for her phone number and if "they could go on a date." She replied by, refusing his advances saying "I'm an elderly woman." To which the service guy countered "well your skin is still tight. And you're tight...and I know u live by yourself." My mother said he made her feel very uncomfortable and a tad afraid. She's not tech savvy which is why I'm writing this review. My next recourse is to contact the better business bureau, so there's documentation on file. I'm mortified that a person would be so unprofessional and down right rude, especially in a moment of vulnerability. If you're in need of a tow, do yourself a favor go to anyone else--or a bigger company that has protocol in place when dealing with customers.

It is well designed and it does its job very well. It is clean and it is very well maintained. What you should expect when you walk the gangplank towards the boat is that the guard who is stationed there will ask to check your backpack, if you are wearing one. No big deal. It's a quick check. I get it. You don't want anyone to bring a bomb, or anything like that, on board. The best way to get your ticket for the ferry is online and show it to the staff member via your phone. They have everything from one day to long term passes. I believe the best way to do, if you are not a local, is to get the Jazzy Pass. Then, you can buy it for one or however many days you will be in New Orleans. Overall, this is an easy way to get across the river. The staff are all nice. They do their job very well. And, you should have nothing to complain about.
