They showed up on time, were so very nice and respectful, reasonably priced and the best part of all--my carpet. Oh my!! I actually started tearing up because it is beautiful again. It's a light taupe and I've been so embarrassed about the spots all year. From the day last year when Stanley cleaned it, it was matted and never looked clean after they were done.
