"I'm sorry, we do not do greenery rentals. We would love to still accommodate your request, we would love to talk about pricing for xyz...." And then I could've politely corrected you and said, "Oh no, I apologize, that's not what I meant. I had been at a few different events where Archer's did fern rentals, so I was inquiring about that and was also interested in purchasing greenery arrangements."
