Whoever is running your email needs to stop doing it, or work on their email skills. I didnt even expect a reply back today at this time. I feel blown off, like I walked in right before close and the worker ushered me out so he could clock out. Which is likely what happened via the internet as the email came at closing time. "I'm sorry, we do not do greenery rentals. We would love to still accommodate your request, we would love to talk about pricing for xyz...." And then I could've politely corrected you and said, "Oh no, I apologize, that's not what I meant. I had been at a few different events where Archer's did fern rentals, so I was inquiring about that and was also interested in purchasing greenery arrangements." They were suppose to be open until 2 pm. They charged his card over $60.00. Going back Monday for a refund and explanation. Do not buy here.
