I received none of these in working with Anchor for two years. Exact examples include having to follow-up on emails with requests and inquiries up to a week later because the company wouldn't reply on their own. Seemed as if there were multiple position changes while I paid for this service and like my property was forgot about in the process. While in the contract, this company requires that you buy them out in order to terminate the contract and proceed without their limited service. To me, that's a hindsight sign that they trap their owners into paying for the poor service they provide if they try to terminate early. Additionally, with poor administrative work, $500 was taken from my payment. It took multiple emails and ME reaching out to the company to get this rectified. As an armed service member in the area counting on Anchor to do a job, I was let down and appalled this place is still in business.
