I can't count the owners and change of management, sometimes more than one a year. Calls to the office go unanswered, not sure if we have a manager. I'm not sure how they justify the raises in our lot rent. My rent has gone from $350 to $825. No one is made to follow our contract rules. I wouldn't recommend this park to anyone. No one in this park would choose to live in a mobile park if they had other options. The only benefit we had here was the ditch water that was supplied during the spring thru fall months, we haven't had that for two years now. I'v read other reviews and none good. If things don't change, and rents keep going up, I'll be forced to leave. They know they have the older citizens here over a barrel and don't care. Oh yeah, can't forget infestation of grasshoppers, can't even sit out in my back yard. Even my dogs don't like to go out. If there's anyone out there reading this, any suggestions?

Not only is she always working and available but she interacts in a very professional and courteous manner and can tell she takes pride in her job. You don't meet a lot of property mangers that are willing to go out, shovel snow, pull weeds, completely landscaped the front of the park which was much needed by herself while the maintenance was no where to be found, check meters, clean up trash and always has an upbeat attitude even when some residents have an attitude towards her. You only get one parking spot per unit--so if you're moving in with a partner or roommates, good luck. We were originally told we could park on the street (which is always full) or in front of the office during non-work hours. Well, apparently that's changed now. There's no parking on the street because it's constantly full, you can't park at the transit center or you'll get towed, and now the Granary is threatening to tow residents who park in front of the office outside of office hours. So basically, there's nowhere to park, even though we're paying to live here. They also hired "security," but apparently all they know how to do is tag cars instead of keeping residents safe. The security is supposed to be patrolling from 10 PM to 5 AM, seven days a week--but whenever they're actually seen, they're either sitting in their car on their phone or sleeping. Meanwhile, we've had trespassers, people harassing residents, and garages getting broken into. Nothing ever gets resolved, and management completely ignores our concerns. If I were a single woman living here, I would not feel safe. This place is ridiculously overpriced for how cheaply built and poorly managed it is. We were even promised the pool would be open year-round, but that never happened either. Overall: save yourself the stress, money, and frustration--look elsewhere.

There were a few hiccups out of their control such as delay in obtaining a new electrical panel (supply chain shortage), snow storm pushing back install, and the crew lead coming down with COVID. Despite these hiccups, the communication was great throughout the whole process. The final install went smoothly, they paid close attention to detail, and finished the whole thing in two half days. They have provided great support in answering our questions after the installation. For example one of our micro inverters failed and they came down the same day to replace it, even though it's a 1.5 hour drive from their location to our house in Denver. They even helped us apply for Denver County rebates and provided the needed information for our EV Charger rebatel. I have recommended them to multiple friends looking to get solar installed on their houses. I love supporting a local small business and they are one that deserves to be supported.

She then said "If you have any pressing concerns about neighbors, parking, pool hours, and pet rent- Don't come to me about anything. I'm not helping you."
